My objective to create a relationship with the person in order to individualise the training. I am also a very versatile trainer!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years now. I have had the chance to work with a varied population (young people, seniors, high level athletes) in several countries (Canada, USA, England, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland) and thus diversified my expertise.
