He often performs in solo recitals in France, especially in Alsace where he currently lives.. Morgan has been a finalist twice at the WAAPA Warana Concerto Competition in 2016 and 2018 and was a prize winner at the 2019 Melbourne International Guitar Competition. In August 2019 he played a series of concerts in Perth and Bridgetown for the W.A. Classical Guitar Society and the Bridgetown Guitar Festival.
Morgan began his studies at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2014 with Dr Jonathan Paget. Prior to completing his Bachelor of Music degree in 2018, Morgan was engaged as a student of Judicael Perroy, at the Conservatoire Rayonnement de Aulnay-Sous-Bois during the 2016-2017 academic year, and then at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music during 2017-2018.

I teach piano and keyboard skills with a friendly and encouraging approach. My students learn technical exercises and pieces/songs carefully chosen to suit each individual and I also incorporate relevant music theory. I teach on an upright acoustic piano at my place in Wedding and in some cases travel to the student for lessons.

The guitar is undoubtedly one of the most popular instruments of the modern age. It is so versatile and used in many genres ranging from classical music to Death Metal and even Electronic Music.

I will teach you the basics of playing the guitar, and I'll spice it up later with my experience in composition and songwriting. We will learn by example through the famous songs that shaped our understanding of the guitar. Whether you prefer singer-songwriter-style songs, or thrash metal we'll get there together.

I will teach mainly using the guitar tablature format, we can do sheet music which is generally unneeded for anything besides classical, but I will need to refresh my music sheet reading skills as I haven't had to read any in the last 10 years.

I'm a former New York City voice teacher/coach, professional singer and an award winning composer who has relocated to Berlin. I've taught with the most reputable children's musical theatre organizations in NYC with students of all ages as well as private students and I've worked with Broadway stars such as Laura Osnes, Karen Mason and Ron Bohmer, who have also recorded my music, and I'm excited to bring my 20 yrs of teaching experience to Berlin! In our lessons, we will work on breath, correct vowel pronunciation, placement, diction, etc... as well as getting rid of the tension and habits that keep us from singing freely and beautifully. We will also work on the musical and dramatic aspects of the material we choose together, so that you will feel comfortable at an audition or a performance. I graduated in piano with the highest honors under the guidance of Maestro Roberto Corlianò. Later I worked in Salzburg, Austria, as a piano teacher's assistant and later in Italy in two different schools as a piano and music theory teacher. I have had students from 4 to 75 and the lessons will be open to all those who want to approach this instrument for the first time or wish to deepen their knowledge. My approach is very free and is based on the needs of the student. I work exceptionally hard and am always open to finding new teaching methods.
