Whether at school age, to improve your knowledge or simply to practice the language, I will be happy to help you in French or in English!

The best way to learn a language is to practice it over and over again! Whether through conversation or playful games, radio or books!

My mothertongue is french, I'm from Jura and I moved in Friborg because of the university. I always loved french and so I had also the chance to write for a newspaper. Beside that, I went to Germany and to USA for improving my languages skills and that is why I know what does it mean to learn a new language and to keep practicing it! I would love to help you if I can :)

➤ Learn French with a successful technique: the main objective is to acquire bases or improve your level in French (written & oral: pronunciation, comprehension, language construction, communication, conjugation, grammar & vocabulary). It is also to understand the cultural specificities of Switzerland & France.

➤ Whether it is for work or leisure, the classes are adjusted to the initial diagnosis and to your needs.

➤ The method focuses on your own goals and:

• are adjusted to your own rhythm, with (funny) oral and writing exercises
• help to improve your everyday/practical skills
• on interactivity: you learn much more quickly with private sessions and you develop listening and vocabulary skills in an effective way
• these classes are customized courses to create an environment adjusted to each person, to meet your individual needs & requirements, and to learn French effectively.

➤ Statistically, you will be able to notice that you have progressed with these private classes, after 2 or 3 classes (based on our 2023 survey).

Math, physics and science courses for all levels

Having years of experience in teaching and private tutoring, both in person and via webcam, with proven and verifiable results, I offer a qualified and competent approach for all levels (high school, college, bachelor's and a selection of Master's courses).

I have a PhD in applied mathematics and nanophotonics (ETH Zurich), which allows me to combine the rigor of fundamental mathematics with a concrete vision of cutting-edge physics.

My primary focus is on methodology, with a rigorous, personalized approach adapted to each student's pace, ensuring progress while rebuilding confidence: identifying weaknesses, organizing time, and managing priorities. I also offer personalized coaching and follow-up via phone, text message, and WhatsApp, remaining available even outside of class hours.

Progress depends on each student (gaining 2 to 3 points out of 6). My work consists of improving the student's academic level, instilling in them a rigorous work method, but also restoring their confidence.

100% of my high school students obtained their baccalaureate, with 75% achieving honors. Some went on to prestigious business (HEC Lausanne) and engineering (EPFL, HEIG-VD, etc.) universities.

Courses are available for all levels, from college to Master's (selection of courses), including targeted and specific preparation for the baccalaureate and all scientific subjects in Bachelor's.

Lessons via webcam or in person

The student can see exactly what I'm writing as if I were right next to them. No matter where you are, as long as we have an internet connection, we can work together.

course:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Paris-Sorbonne University)
- Master's degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich): Engineering degree in Applied Mathematics for Computational Sciences and Engineering
- PhD in applied mathematics and nanophotonics (ETH Zurich)

I have been teaching for 14 years, and I have trained students in both private and group classes since 2012.

Hello !
Having acquired my Federal Maturity certificate by correspondence in 2021 (all courses learned self-taught), I can accompany a student in learning the branches of the Maturity but also with regard to administrative aspects. Especially to manage the registration for the Federal Maturity by correspondence which requires a lot of time and different papers. Having already been there, I can gladly help you and save you hours of trying to find information from right to left.
I can of course also help you in writing a Maturity work.

I have at my disposal several books and exercise books from the EPSU (School of preparation and university support) specially written for the federal maturity. They are very complete. I know they are very expensive and I can gladly lend them for exam preparation. I also have several books and documents used in the gymnasium and especially old Federal Maturity exams from the years 2015 to 2020 that I had also bought. So I have the necessary equipment to give quality lessons and exercises.

I did my Maturité with a specific option in Economics and Law and a complementary option in Philosophy.
My strong subjects are economics, physics, French and English but I also do very well in the other subjects.

I am a dancer and I studied for two years at an American college, continuing my studies in English. Living in the United States allowed me to practice the language daily, in real-life situations, and to master spoken and written English.

Back in Fribourg, I want to share my passion for English and help you understand it better. My lessons are designed to allow for rapid progress while making learning enjoyable and motivating. :)
I offer English tutoring for students needing help with homework, test revision, grammar, and for those preparing for the B2 test. I bring practical advice and my American experience to make learning more effective and motivating.

I primarily target children and teenagers who want to improve their English while gaining confidence in the language.
