About Me

I am a violinist, musicologyst, orchestra conductor and music educator based in Dubai. I trained in violin and comprehensive music studies for eight years, and I have taught at the Guillermo Tomás Conservatory and the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory in Cuba, at Melodica Music Center in Dubai, and currently at an international IB school.

I hold a Master in Music Education from Falmouth University (UK, 2026) and a PGCEi from Liverpool John Moores University. I have also directed school musicals such as Matilda Jr. and Mean Girls Jr., and conducted student orchestras and ensembles.

My priority is that every student enjoys music, builds solid foundations, and gains confidence as a performer. I look forward to meeting you!

Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of teaching students from diverse nationalities and backgrounds. I have worked with students from various schools, including local Hong Kong schools, Hong Kong International School, Kowloon Junior International School, and the French International School etc.

I am a professional pianist offering private piano lessons to students of all levels. Having 5 years of teaching experience, I enjoy teaching my students with music of their own preferred style and interest. I teach in combination of theory and behind the keys as I believe understanding what is on the page is the fastest way to play the music. My primary goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music during the course of learning piano. I teach so my students can eventually pick up any piece of music and play.
