I offer cello lessons for students of all ages and levels (recommended from age 6). I have over 10 years of professional experience performing in orchestras including the Hungarian State Opera Orchestra, as well as in various chamber ensembles. Alongside my performing career, I currently teach at one of Berlin’s largest and oldest municipal music schools.

About Me

Mizuki has obtained her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees with highest honors in Cello Performance from the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest. Afterwards, she went on to further deepen her knowledge of chamber music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

During her studies, she has attended numerous masterclasses as well as international competitions with positive results, including the Gold Medal at 10th Jubilee International Music Competition for Young Musicians in Budapest, and Second Prize at the 5th Svirel International Competition in Slovenia. Mizuki was a recipient of Stipendium Hungaricum as well as the scholarship "Verein der Freunde der Wiener Philharmoniker" upon participating IOIA masterclass.
She began her professional carrier as an orchestral musician at the prestigious Hungarian State Opera Orchestra in 2016. From 2018 to 2023, Mizuki was a member of the Győr Philharmonic Orchestra in Hungary, performing at prominent venues across Hungary as well as in Austria. After she has relocated to Germany in 2023, she has worked at Staatsbad Orchester Salzuflen during the summer of 2024. Over the course of her carrier, she has also performed as a guest cellist among others at Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Duna Symphony Orchestra (as a principal), and the Hungarian State Opera Orchestra.

Currently, she teaches at Musikschule City West in Berlin next to performing actively as a freelancer. Mizuki is also a regular contributor at Webern Kammerphilharmonie, a Vienna-based ensemble where she has been a member since 2016.

I am a professional violinist. I like to teach and play music. I have a lot of stage and teaching experience. I want to share my knowledge and help each student to improve their violin skills. I teach beginners and advanced. The individuality of each student is very important to me. A pleasant and friendly atmosphere of the lesson is important to me too.

I am studying at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden. I played in orchestras such as “Neue Philharmonie Munich” (2020), “German-Scandinavian Youth Philharmonic” (Berlin, 2020), “Zakhar Bron Festival Orchestra” (Switzerland, 2019), “Animato Academy and Concert Tour 2018” (Austria, Hungarian, Czech Republic, Slovakia), „International Region Orchestra“ (Germany, 2018), „East-West Chamber Orchestra“ (Bulgaria, 2018). I was a soloist and concertmaster of the Youth Symphony Orchestra at the Trans-Siberian Art Festival (Novosibirsk, Russia) and a soloist of the Youth Symphony Orchestra (Ulsan, Korea).

I offer violin and viola lessons to children and adults of all ages with flexible repertoire, work on technique and sound quality and adapting to individuals needs and wishes. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are welcome! I am an experienced and enthusiastic teacher currently studying viola and music pedagogy at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber after completing a Bachelor in psychology in Slovenia and later on studying music in Prague, Czech Republic where I was also teaching violin at the International music school. The lessons can be held in English, German, Czech or Slovene, I also have active knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of French. I am looking forward to hearing from you! :)

I have 10 years’ violin teaching experience in the UK and have recently moved to Dresden. I specialise in teaching beginners age 7-12 both in groups and 1:1. I also have lots of experience teaching teenage students, some of whom have gone on to study music at university. Most of my students worked towards ABRSM graded exams, but the primary goal of my lessons is always to make sure the student has fun playing.

I have a PhD in Music and the ABRSM Teaching Diploma (DipABRSM).

English and German speaking music teacher with many years of experience from beginner to tertiary level. My youngest student was four years of age but I also enjoy teaching adults. With piano lessons, we do a combination of note reading, music theory, improvising and with horn lessons we work on breathing and other technical aspects of brass playing. I would be very happy to help to prepare horn students for Hochschule entrance exams as well.

I believe that one of the most important aspects of being a teacher is developing my students’ confidence as well as developing their ability to step out of their comfort zone. Therefore my students have always been encouraged to sit for exams and perform in concerts, competitions and music festivals. It has been wonderful to see the success
