Hello fellow yogis! I am a qualified Power Yoga and Yin yoga teacher experienced in teaching students of various abilities and ages.

In July 2020 I completed a 200H Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance International at the House of Yoga in London. The training was inspired by Power Flow Yoga precursor, Baron Baptiste and I had the privilege to be taught by his trainees who shared their extended knowledge on the sequencing of yoga asanas, correct alignment and modifications for students, and Yoga philosophy and psychology.
A year later I completed a 50H Yin Yoga training with a renowned Yin yoga teacher from the USA, Bernie Clark.
In terms of my teaching experience, I’ve been a Restorative Hatha Yoga instructor since January 2020 at Southwark Adult Centre where I have taught vinyasa-flow yoga classes, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, I've taught Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra classes since May 2021.

As an Ethical Studies teacher at West Thames College, for the last 5 years, I’ve been incorporating the elements of meditation and mindfulness to combat stress and anxiety among college students and to help them deal with their personal and academic issues. As part of my role, I’ve delivered workshops on anger management, dealing with negative emotions and establishing healthy relationships. More recently I’ve utilized the psychology and philosophy of yoga while teaching about safety online on social media and stress release utilizing breathing techniques (Pranayama) and positive affirmations and visualizations to be successful in exams and in setting everyday goals.
More recently, In August 2020 with a group of fellow yoga teachers I’ve set up a Yoga Kind Collective in order to make the possibilities of yoga accessible to all. I provide community classes in my local area and 1-to-1 sessions for those wishing to take their practice to the next level.
Furthermore, I took part in a Mentorship program at The House of Yoga London, aimed at yoga teachers wishing to perfect their teaching skills. I’m working closely with a teacher trainer to share the knowledge and skills crucial to my continuous development.

I’m passionate about yoga which is reflected in the extensive training and workshop opportunities I’ve undertaken in order to deepen my knowledge and my skills further on the various types of yoga (Restorative, Power Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra). I’ve attended workshops on the correct alignment of Sun Salutations, sound healing and Chakra opening sessions, meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Philosophy. I’ve done this along with my formal training and my own self-practice which I perform daily. In 2017 I went to a yoga teachers’ retreat with a well-established New Moon Yoga studio in Devon, UK. This provided an insight into a successful yoga training experience and sparked my passion for pursuing my career as a high-performance yoga instructor.

In my free time I love learning languages, I’m a fluent speaker of English (having lived in the UK for 15 years) and a native speaker of Polish. I can also teach yoga in French.
