My name is Claudia, I'm 25 years old, and I'm a Spanish clarinetist. In March 2019, I completed my Master's in Clarinet Performance at the Sibelius Academy (Helsinki) and since September, I've been working with the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra (Finland) as co-principal clarinet. I currently perform with chamber music groups and various orchestras throughout Europe. I will be living in Cologne from January 2020.
I have experience with both children and adults.
I also really enjoy teaching my native language, Spanish, at beginner and intermediate levels, or conversation classes.

About Me
Hello everyone!

My name is Claudia, 25 years old clarinetist from Spain.
I studied clarinet in Spain and later in Finland, where I finished last March. I am now working in Turku Philarmonic Orchestra (Finland) until December, and after that I will be living in Köln from January.
My experience in teaching started in 2015 in San Sebastián (Spain), where I was doing my bachelor degree, and I was teaching at home, both children and adults, as beginners and with some knowledge.
My latest experiences has been this past Summer, when I was the clarinet teacher of a Summer Masterclass in Guadix (Granada), organized by the Town Council, where I will come again next summer.
I really enjoy to share all I know and my experience until now in music, and specially playing clarinet with everyone who is interested!
In my opinion, music is about sharing and experience!
Nowadays, I am also interested in historical performance, and I am starting playing historical instruments, as well in musical research, doing a Master in distance learning university about musical research.
I speak fluent English and Spanish (starting now learning German seriously).
