Learn to sing your favorite songs, we will develop through a technique fully adapted to your needs and level and we will bring out the best of you, as a voice and as a singer.

Learn to use your voice correctly without damaging your vocal cords.

We will work interpretation with each song, turning to your aspirations, whether it is at the level of concert, recording, or private level as a hobby to have fun.

To create the best context for learning music it is very important that you like the music you are playing and that you enjoy while you practice. That is why I like to offer a wide range of possibilities and discover together with each student what is the best way to go. And the answer is always in the tastes, desires and expectations of the one who is learning.
I believe that technique, improvisation, notions of musical composition, theory and analysis must be learned through the music that you want to play and the music that you already know how to play. And not as an abstract knowledge. The best way to assimilate music is by playing it and facing the challenges that each piece, song or composition offers.
It is important to remember that music can be made from scratch regardless of your level or age.

Bachelor degree in piano at UFRJ(Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) / 15 years of experience

I have been successful in helping students who have suffered from technical problems, tendonitis, and excessive tension when playing.

With me, you will prevent these types of problems from happening to you. I will teach you accordingly to the repertoire you want to play, solving technical problems in the music.

It's going to be a pleasure helping you. See you soon in our class!

Are you looking for fully personalized private lessons? Do not hesitate to contact me. I am passionate about teaching and being able to transmit all my knowledge and experiences always adapted to your needs. I teach online and face-to-face classes for both children and adults.

If learning to play the piano is a dream of yours or your child's, now is the time to make it happen and enter the musical world with me :)

I am studying a higher degree in piano (classical music) and I have 11 years of experience playing as a soloist and participant in a chamber group.

Piano and keyboards, with or without musical language. In any case, I consider that everyone should
receive:
-A technical part for healthy study, and mastering the different aspects of practicing the instrument.
-A theoretical part on musical language, rhythm, harmony, counterpoint, style, phrasing, reading, memory.
-Advice on study and interpretation of the chosen works.
-Improvisation, accompaniment, in the styles that interest the student.

I don't just teach classical piano. I can also guide the student in modern harmony and jazz, music production, synthesizer programming, arrangements, recording and mixing, sound post-production, etc.

Singing classes which will be adapted to the style the student wants to learn or explore.
In these classes there will be a technical part in which we will learn how to apply the technique to the performance and then we will move on to the interpretation part in which I will suggest songs on which we can work and advance.
These classes are dynamic and fun. I focus on helping you make the most of your voice and teach you how to get the most out of it.

Learning to sing doesn't always have to be a frustrated dream, we can all do it well, either as a hobby or because we want to be professionals. My name is Catalina and I am a singer, I teach other people because connecting through music is my passion.

I always work the classes under two principles:

1. Keep the class light and fun.
2. That everything in class is understandable and clear (if I have to repeat 80 times, no problem).

Methodology of the classes:

Classes can be taught at my home, the student's home, or virtually.
In the first class, a repertoire of approximately 2 or 3 songs is defined, which correspond to the student's taste as well as the vocal challenges they face, and an evaluation of strengths and challenges in learning is made.

In general all classes are divided into 3 parts:

1. Body warm-up (stretching, breathing exercises and activation of important muscles for singing).
2. Vocal warm-up through exercises to strengthen agility, tuning, phrasing and support.
3. Repertoire work where each of the details of the song being sung is reviewed, paying special attention to the most difficult parts of the song.

I have been fortunate to be able to teach children, adolescents, adults and seniors.

A comprehensive course to understand, analyze, and create music from the ground up. Ideal for conservatory students, self-taught musicians, or budding composers.

You will be able to choose topics such as:
- Music reading and writing (from basic to advanced)
- Functional and modern harmony
- Musical analysis (classical, contemporary and popular)
- Counterpoint, form and thematic development
- Fundamentals of composition, orchestration and arrangements

The classes are practical, tailored to your level and interests (classical, jazz, popular, or academic). You'll be able to apply everything you've learned to your own musical creations or projects.

With my experience as a conductor, composer, and teacher, I'll guide you through how music thinks, breathes, and is structured.

I'm Aoife (Ifa), an infant & primary school teacher from Ireland, currently working in a private British school in Chamartín.
As a teacher, I am enthusiastic, adaptable and dedicated to delivering the highest quality of learning. I target lessons to ensure each student’s needs and wants are being met, whilst ensuring enjoyment and interest.
I speak Spanish & English, so don’t worry if you are nervous about your child’s language level.

For 20 years, I trained as a classical pianist with the Royal Irish Academy of Music. Yearly, I achieved high marks as evidenced below in my transcripts. I am extremely skilled in playing various genres of piano as well as musical theory. I have taught private piano 1:1 lessons for 5 years, although for enjoyment, not classically.

Conditions:
- For student comfort, I can travel to your location after 5pm each evening.
- Lessons are 45 minutes due to the fact that 1-hour exhausts the learning process and decreases attention, concentration and enjoyment for children.
- To maintain and develop new skills, children should play the piano independently between lessons.
- I will teach musical theory (reading music, rhythm, how songs are composed), musical literacy (musical chords/ scales, exercises) and songs (sight-reading, songs chosen by student) according to each student’s ability.

I hold a Professional Degree in Piano and have several years of experience as a teacher. I offer piano/keyboard lessons at your home in Madrid and online.

✅ All levels, from beginner to advanced.
✅ Flexible hours.
✅ Methodology adapted to each student.
✅ Repertoire chosen based on your goals (classical, modern, chord accompaniment, etc.)
✅ Accompaniment for singers. I'll teach you how to sing and play simultaneously.

Shall we begin? 🎶

Do you have a saxophone at home and don't know where to start? Or perhaps you're looking to understand music once and for all for your own compositions?

I'm a professional musician, and my goal is for you to enjoy playing from the very first week. In my classes, we leave behind dense theory to focus on what matters: making music. We'll adapt the repertoire to your tastes (Pop, Jazz, Blues, Urban, etc.) while organically developing technique, sound, and musical language.

With me you will learn:

- Saxophone: Control of air, embouchure and fingering without bad habits, bring out your best sound.

- Musical Language: Reading and rhythm and transcribing your favorite melodies or solos.

- Harmony: Understand how the songs you like the most work.

Classes adapted to all ages and levels. Let's make music your best hobby or your next professional goal!

In this class you will learn how to understand music basics specifically for piano. To play an instrument, reading the music, and understanding the music is essential. In a theory class, we learn how to read music, play the notes, understand rhythm and timing.
