I went from losing enormous amounts of weight (17.5 stones down to 8.7 stones) in my twenties, and took the decisive action to show the proverbial red card to ego in favour of establishing and welcoming peace and balance. It was the greatest act of love for myself, and for others by extension. My spirit changed, and my outlook and zest for life became beautifully heightened, so much so that I no longer wanted to go back to the old way of ego. Everything in my life began falling into place, harmoniously and abundantly.
The hardest is going it alone, thinking no-one can relate. Unless, of course, you find someone who genuinely can. I am here to help.
