About Me
In 2012 I was attacked in an unprovoked attack, that left with me with severe injuries.
1 Year later I was training others to become fitter, stronger and more confident. How?

I found the power of exercise and nutrition and I embraced these to learn how powerful these tools are to change not only my physical health. but my mental health.

Today I teach others to feel good and look good through amazing nutrition, mental health and physical fitness practices WITHOUT effort and sacrifice!
