I'm a fun chilled Teacher, very understanding with lots of both personal and professional Life Coaching, Meditation, Mindfulness AND a dual career as a Creative Artist - Born Londoner, with strong Indian roots, and complimentary East/Western sensibility of respect, connectedness, fun and wisdom.

Language: I speak/write in fully fluent UK English, and am familiar with any English from any country/accent/dialect, globally.
Location: I conduct my Classes online and in-person, in a mutually safe and public location - *unless otherwise agreed upon* - by either a Voice-only Call or a Video and Voice call together via Zoom, WhatsApp or a regular offline Call.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Students are to have a clear phone/internet signal with good Wi-Fi/Data connection, a good clear microphone and clear screen.

Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement.
