One hour to slow down and to take care of your mind and body. Yin yoga is a slow and meditative yoga practice that helps restore energies within the body.I will guide through a mindful session during which we can target weekness of your body and promote positive emotions and to let go of disturbing thought paterns.
Extra information
What is yin yoga exactly ?

Yin Yoga is quite new form of yoga created about 50 years ago. However, it is largely inspired from ancient traditional Chinese medicine and Toaiste philosophy of yin and yang.
Anatomically speaking, Yin yoga is real science based on experiences. It targets the yin tissues in the body such as bones, tendons, ligaments and fascias while in a yang practice ( Vinyasa , Ashtanga) the student would work on the muscular system. It also targets internal organs, helps to their functionning, alowing the metabolism to be more functioning.
To be able to target the yin tissues, one must remain static in the poses for several minutes helped with bolster and blocks to maintain the position as comfortable as possible.
Yin yoga is also a meditative practice where one turns inward to observe the body, mental patterns and flux of energies.

About Me
After several years of daily practice in Canada, I wanted to extend my theoretical knowledge of yoga. Two months in India and getting my Yoga Teacher Certificate have given me a better understanding of my body and how it works. I came back to Europe with the desire to create yoga classes that are similar to me but are also close to students so that there is an exchange and sharing with them. Personalized courses are for me a way to be closer to my role as a teacher and more to listen to the student.
Education
Yoga teacher training 200 hours Vinyasa, Trimurti yoga school, Goa, India

I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice. My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.
My classes are also fun and with a touch of humor because yoga is also wanting to do good and keep smiling!
We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you.

Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

I use a simple, follow-along style where I explain exactly which of the 57 facial muscles we are working on. I also teach specific hand gestures (Mudras) that help calm the mind and support your skin health from the inside out.

Since I’m certified in both Face Yoga and Mudra therapy, you get a full wellness experience rather than just a workout. I make sure the routines are easy to learn so you can actually do them at home in your own time.

My classes are for adults of any age. Whether you’re in your 20s and want to keep your skin glowing, or you're looking for a natural way to lift and firm your skin without expensive treatments, these sessions are for you.
