Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher)

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, greatly focusing on the body-mind connection, using the breath as a guide throughout any movement or sequence. My classes are invigorating while inclusive and adapted to any level of practice.

Before your first class, we will chat about what you are looking for in yoga, and I will adapt to your needs accordingly. With sustained and conscious practice, you will be able to reconnect to your body, build strength and stamina, improve your posture, flexibility, concentration and breath capacity, but also relieve or prevent chronic pain such as back problems or joint issues.

My aim is also for you to have a glimpse about what yoga is off the mat, if you are interested in knowing more about yogic philosophy.

I am available for private but also group lessons, also for your company/organisation. Get in touch to know more about group pricing.

Extra information
Please specify before taking your first class if you have any injury or medical condition I should know about that could impact your practice.
For a private lesson, I can bring a yoga mat and some props.
I am biking in and around Brussels. If you are located elsewhere, we can do classes via Jitsi Meet.

About Me
Shortly after graduating from a Master's degree in Journalism, I felt the need to explore the body in various ways. Movement has always been part of my life, and like many Western people, I discovered yoga through asanas in 2019. I first practiced Hatha and Vinyasa, although I have also fallen in love with the discipline of Ashtanga and Hot Yoga. I began deepening my Hatha practice in the middle of the pandemic, and then completed my first Yoga Teacher Training at the Brussels Yoga Loft in June 2023. Deeply interested by pranayama, I strive to build inclusive sequences adapted to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. I have also learned from a teacher inspired by the Iyengar method and thus greatly focuse on functional alignments. I would like everyone to be able to (re)explore their inner sensations through Yoga.

My lessons are flexible and built on over 6 years of experience — and thousands of classes taught.
I tune into the needs and rhythms of each student and adapt my sessions accordingly. Over time, I have refined a teaching approach that is both structured and intuitive, based on breath, body awareness, and alignment.

My classes are dynamic, precise, and revitalizing. Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture.
Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness.

I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively.
After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body.

I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings:
• at home and online,
• in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes,
• abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship),
• and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants.

In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga.

Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat.

And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress.

Teaching is a vocation for me — I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey with a consistent, safe, and enriching practice.
