Hi, I’m Sofia — a certified personal trainer, cancer exercise specialist, women’s fitness coach, martial arts lover, and proud mom of a wonderful boy. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people transform their bodies, mindset, and confidence through movement, strength, and self-belief.
Over the years, something became very clear to me — my true passion lies in helping women. As I trained more and more women, I began to understand how unique and powerful we truly are. I realized that women don’t just want to look fit — we want to feel strong, confident, balanced, and in control of our bodies and our lives.
As a woman — and a mom — I know how demanding life can be. Between work, family, kids, and the endless to-do list, it’s easy to put ourselves last. I’ve been there too, trying to juggle it all while feeling like there’s no time left for me. But I’ve learned that when we take care of ourselves first, everything else in life flows better.
Now, at 45, I can honestly say I look and feel better than I did at 35 — stronger, more confident, and more at peace in my own skin. And that’s exactly what I want for other women: to know it’s never too late to become the best version of yourself.
