With 15 years teaching experience - Pupils are taught how to produce creative and interesting art, using a variety of materials, processes and techniques through a series of guided practical workshops.
Pupils work week by week, slowly building towards a finished piece of work. We also use sketchbooks to promote daily drawing and experimenting. Previous topics include Lowry, Banksy, Frida, Paula Reigo and Van Gough.

Extra information
Online lessons or 1-1 in Brighton - students will need their own A2 paper, water paints, pastels, black marker, acrylic paints, scissors, drawing pencil, charcoal . Each week I will let you know what we need for the following week.

About Me
Currently living in Brighton, UK. Ive completed seven years of art training while teaching as a primary supply teacher, online english teacher and as an art teacher at a studio in Hove. This is a great opportunity to share my skills, processes and techniques to create successful art pieces. I love to talk about art and share my knowledge. If you are a beginner artist this course is great for you to enhance and develop your art skills and processes. Experience / Qualifications
Since graduating in 1997 from Christchurch Teachers College in New Zealand. I have taught as a Primary classroom teacher, supply teacher, online and tutor of English. I enjoy creating and transcribing paintings using a variety of different mediums. My teaching style is relaxed but firm. I developed many processes and practised many techniques to create successful pieces of art.
