I have followed Sadhguru for many years and completed the 6 months intensive Hatha teacher training in Isha Yoga Centre, Southern India in 2015.

All the practices I have learned have completely transformed my life. I enjoy life so much with joy and passion. I am inspired to share this knowledge with you.

If you are looking for an authentic way to learn yoga properly, if you are searching for a deeper spiritual experience, if you are ready to adopt a yogic way of living, then this is something for you.

Come to join our workshops in my studio in Boxtel. All the workshops are designed in a way that after completion you can practice a complete routine independently at home. Constant supports are available to enable you to grow deeper in your inner experiences.

I keep the class size small so that I can give attention to all participants as much as I can. Snacks, fruits are provided after the class. My studio is very nice and cozy, energized with strong positive vibes. Come to experience it.

An empty stomach condition is required for all practices. Pre online registration is mandatory. The duration of classes varied depends on the nature of the practices. Please check Apprentus for more details.

Personal Branding is a scientific, practical method to put yourself on the map in a credible way. As a certified Personal Branding coach, I give you insight into your actual motivations and strengths during 6 half-days (approximately 18 hours): what do I really enjoy, what can I do, what are my points for improvement. At the end of the course you can present yourself as a "brand" and profile yourself in internal and external applications and manage your further development and career. After the course I will continue to support you as a coach if desired.

The course can take place at your home or at another location.

Being a technical guy i can explain and prepare to avoid any rejection from interviews for multiple interviews ad prepare for best success, in pandemic the minor rejection shows that you are not capable but its seems you missed the pointer and did not show your actual skills. I can help you structure what you are doing, set (realistic) goals for life and work. I also help you learn to prepare for difficult conversations, for example. But first and foremost, I listen to you. With reflection questions, I may already put you on a track that leads somewhere. I teach you how to discover what you really want. I do this by asking further questions (sometimes with uncomfortable questions) and by giving you exercises so that you can get started yourself.

The responsibility of course always lies with you when it comes to making choices, or with regard to what you want to get out of a trajectory. But sometimes brainstorming and thinking together just helps better (in your learning process).

With a psychology degree, a variety of courses after my education, 25 years of work experience (controlling, purchasing, strategic advice, administration, HR), coaching experience with interns, and education for adults, I am broadly oriented. I am analytical and like a pragmatic approach. I have experience with highly sensitive people.
