I am a classical violist studying in the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” Berlin, with Prof. Tabea Zimmermann.

I have huge passion on teaching, I want to share all my knowledge, techniques and experience from my last 16 years of playing the Viola (& Violin) to different people. For me, teaching is always a two-way activity, students and teacher exchange, discuss their thoughts together, and we learn and grow together, that’s the only, and the best way to learn music.

In my class, I will base on your playing level, and set a certain program including basic practices and repertoire. If your interest in on classical music, then I will set a program for a classical way of training. If you are willing to learn pop music playing, I will also give you another set of program to learn.

I am looking for students who are really interested in music, and willing to learn by themselves, with their passion. If you think you are, then I’m looking very much forward to seeing you, and working with you together!;)

Professional Violin teacher holding a 15 years + Degree from Conservatory of Padua, Italy, with several years of experience teaching both in Europe and abroad. My methods include the preparatory works for AMEB examination, the Suzuki method, as well as my own method based on European Violin Syllabus and technical works (i.e. Curci). Hi! I’m a professional violinist and passionate teacher, currently performing with the Berlin Staatskapelle Opera Orchestra and teaching at a music academy. I hold a PhD in Music from the Academy of Music in Wrocław and a Soloist Master’s degree from the Universität der Künste (UdK) Berlin.

As a laureate of over 30 national and international competitions, I’ve performed across Europe as a soloist, chamber, and orchestra musician. Highlights include prizes at the Tartini, Rubinstein, and Zanuccoli international competitions, as well as collaborations with the Berliner Philharmoniker’s Zermatt Festival and the Gustav Mahler Academy.

My love for this wonderful instrument and my extensive experience have made it possible to achieve many successes with my students, such as helping them pass auditions for music schools and music colleges, as well as receive very good results in competitions.

From personal experience, having changed my violin-playing technique several times, I put emphasis on the bow-hold, holding of the violin, and playing with the left hand. I strive for, as much as possible, a relaxed body during playing. My favorite part of teaching is discovering how to interpret individual musical pieces along with the students, so every feeling and every story is reflected in the sound. I am very thankful that I have had the opportunity to learn from so many excellent musicians who have always treated music as fantasy that has not limits.

Hi there,

I'm a professional viola and violin teacher, teaching in person and online, in English, German or Russian.

As well as instrumental teaching and ensemble coaching of all ages and levels over the last 12 years, I’ve led numerous professional workshops, including ‘Music First’ and ‘Music Masters’ in London and have taught on the Senior and Primary Arpeggione Viola Courses. As a member of the European String Teachers’ Association, I participated in their conferences across Europe, including at the European Parliament in 2018.

I also prepare students for music exams, auditions and competitions at all levels, and work with them on music theory, aural and sight reading skills, and can accompany them the piano.

Alongside my teaching I perform internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, including at Kings Place London, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Philharmonie Berlin. I am a Hattori Foundation and Villa Musica artist, winner of the Małopolska competition, the Barbirolli Prize at the Lionel Tertis International Viola Competition and the Len Lickorish Memorial Prize at the Royal Overseas League International Strings Competition.

I hold a masters degree with first class honours from the class of Tabea Zimmermann at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, and Bachelors with the same distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in London, where I began in the primary department almost 20 years ago.

I'm an avid chamber musician, and am a founding member of Ensemble Textura, a string ensemble based in Berlin, performing renowned works alongside experimental arrangements and lesser known masterpieces. I've also performed with Tabea Zimmermann at the Laeiszhalle Hamburg, Gary Hoffman and Antje Weithaas at Kronberg Academy’s ‘Chamber Music Connects the World’, with Claudio Martínez Mehner at Encuentro de Santander, and regularly participate in the Open Chamber Music Seminar at Prussia Cove.

Hi my name is Anne.

I play the violin and the viola and I have studied at the conservatory at ArtEZ Jazz & Pop.

During my studies I started to build by violin teacher practice. Apart from my private students I taught at the music school "Muziekdorp" in Wijchen and coached a band of high school students for a year.
Next to teaching I play concerts with the "Metropole Academy", I have a string quartet "The Four Frogs in te Woods", and I'm playing in a Folk string duo.

Students of all ages and categories are welcome in my lesson.
Classical, Folk, Rock, Pop, Jazz, and free improvisation are some of the genres you can discover in our lessons.
I did a Teacher Training with the American Violinist Mark O'Connor and finished this training with a diploma. His method is a very beautiful and comprehensive way to learn the variety of the violinistic possibilities.

Starting with a correct violin posture you will develop a brought variety of techniques to find your own style.

To generate interest in children to learn, constant dynamics are needed, which I have worked on for several years with different methodology that can be used for the development of musical learning, through games, which encompasses the physical, the visual and the auditory.
