I’ve always been interested in the Olistic world and some years ago I started my yoga path falling in love with this discipline.
After a period following classes I decided to go deeper and I got the 200h YTT recognised by Yoga Alliance.
I worked in Portugal as yoga teacher for 2 years and now I am ready to share my passion with everyone wants to begin or go on with the practice.

I am also an Ayurvedic Student still in progress but happy to add knowledge to my “bag”.

You just need a mat and yoga blocks, in addition you can also use a strap (easy to substitute with a towel)

University Degree in Nursing with 4 years of experience in hospital.
Being in contact with people and help them to feel better has always been something natural for me

200h YTT Yoga Alliance - 2 years of experience in the sunny Portugal where I could start my path as yoga teacher. I always like to improve my knowledge studying and going deeper into the Olistic world 🌀

I teach yoga for beginners with a focus on improving posture, strength and flexibility. Apart from this, I integrate elements of breathing and meditation for a complete practice. If required, I give advice on other methods of improving strength and physical movement, decreasing tension and stress in the body, facilitate movement and bring relaxation. Nutrition aspects and lifestyle tips can also be discussed for weight loss, good digestion and general well-being.

Levels:
I – Very gentle. No experience needed. Appropriate for individuals with physical challenges.
II – Low intensity. No experience needed.
III – Moderate intensity. No experience needed, but good body awareness is helpful.
IV – Vigorous intensity. Though no experience necessary, some prior yoga experience, or good body awareness is recommended.

These lessons offer an opportunity to focus your full attention on yourself under the guidance of a professional and experienced teacher in the field of Yogic work. Together we look at what the current situation needs and we usually work a lot with grounding, breathing, relaxation & mindfulness exercises to lay a good foundation. Yoga postures, meditation and contemplation are used additionally.

This guidance has already helped a wide range of people. Think of people (with complaints) in the field of:
- burn out & overload
- fear & uncertainty
- high sensitivity
- (chronically) ill
- elderly
- wheelchair bound & bedridden
- lack of self-compassion
- dying

This guidance is certainly not limited to people with complaints. Also physically and mentally healthy people have benefited greatly from this guidance and experienced profound joy from it. In essence, it is about getting to know yourself on a deeper level, in other words: Yoga & Meditation for Transformation.

We always begin with an introductory meeting, a medical history, and a first yoga class. This is essential for me to get to know you well and create a program tailored to your needs. It also allows me to determine which style of yoga we'll start with, or whether a combination of styles is best suited.
