Physics and Maths are tricky yet fascinating subjects. To understand them you need to “connect all the dots” which can be done by recalling your knowledge frequently and answering questions to apply the knowledge. In my classes we will do exactly that. I will make sure that you deeply understand the topics we will cover, we will use many websites for physics and maths questions and will potentially change the way you view these subjects(“If you don’t get it you hate it and if you get it you love it” - kind of basis) The level I teach is GCSE and A-level(but I know a bit more from physics specifically)

I'm a Sivananda Classical Hatha Yoga instructor and teach all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Currently teaching back in studio gym/leisure centers or privately online. A typical open level class includes Relaxation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Single & Double leg raises, 12 Basic asanas (postures), and final deep relaxation. The focus is on mastering the basic asanas from which variations are then added to further deepen the practice. The asanas follow an order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana or life force energy, keeping the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose. I also teach chair yoga which will be different from the above class description but still includes relaxation, breathing exercises and simpler chair-based yoga.

I am English tutor with over 5 years experience. I grew up and studied in France, where I began tutoring as a student, for primary school children and other students. In 2015, I completed a CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching for Adults), and then teaching qualifications to work in the French public school system. I taught English full-time in a secondary school in France, before moving to London in 2018, where I have mainly been helping students to prepare for language exams such as IELTS and TOEFL. So far, they have all made great progress, and have been very happy with their results! I make all of my lessons very personalised, and want to make sure that you are getting as much as possible out of each class. I understand that learning a different language can seem intimidating and confusing at times, and I do everything I can to make sure that students feel comfortable and confident. In my experience, this is what makes the biggest difference to people's progress! I look forward to hearing from you!
