About Me

I am Seda, an illustrator and yoga instructor. I worked as an art director in advertising agencies for 10 years. I was introduced to yoga in 2010 in Istanbul and was drawn to the mindfulness and restorative qualities of Yin Yoga.

I often receive feedback that, as a calm and grounded person, practicing yoga with me is a deeply enriching experience for my students. I believe that yoga is for everyone, to connect with your body and soul. So it's not have to be acrobatic or hard. It can be compassionate and mindful.

Since 2020, I have been working as a freelancer, in both illustration and yoga. In 2022, I relocated from Istanbul to the Netherlands, where I currently reside. I have a three-year-old son and two cats who bring joy to my life. 😊

Science , Chemistry, Biology ,Public Health and Health Basics
Once upon a time, I found science, math and health courses a bit tricky, just like you might. But guess what? I didn't let that stop me. Instead, I turned the tough parts into stepping stones for success. I figured out a way to understand science and math by breaking them into smaller, easier parts. It wasn't always easy, but I didn't give up. Those challenges became the basis for my journey to success. Now, imagine this: I'm not just a tutor; I'm someone who conquered the subjects that once seemed really hard. Science, math, and health-related courses became my friends in life, leading me to a place where I want to help you succeed. I know what it's like, and I know we can do this together. Let's make your learning journey a story of success

Dance & Therapy session | Transcendental Embodiment
Are you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Embodiment is a dance practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities. I am here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through: - energy alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises - self-expression & subjective experience through dance - expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance - release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions - grounding, self-care, resilience - and more... The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual. *Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey. * As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist. Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives. It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path. This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination. * What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? * * What is your self-achievement potentiality? * - For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions. - Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location. Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation * About TE : Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity. (TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process: Feel free to contact me for any inquiries. Tiffany

This style is especially supportive for beginners and anyone who wants to build a safer, more intentional practice. You’ll learn to move with mindfulness, which not only prevents injury but also sharpens your concentration and connects you to your inner stillness.dent said after class, “It felt like my spine could breathe again. 🌿 About Myself Hi, I'm Daphne — a passionate yogini, certified RYT 200 since 2016. My background is in Hatha yoga, and these days, I'm deeply immersed in the alignment-focused practice of Iyengar yoga. I offer online/offline yoga classes that are gentle yet powerful, focusing on precision, posture, and healing. I’m Austrian, grew up in Japan, and now live in Malta with my two young children. I speak English, German, and Japanese. Daily meditation (Triratna style) is an essential part of my life and deeply influences my teaching. I believe yoga is a journey inward, not a performance. 🌿 My Journey with Yoga I discovered yoga not once, but twice — each time in a way that transformed my life. 🧭 The First Discovery — Yoga as a Way of Life In my late twenties, while backpacking through North India, I found myself in Rishikesh — not knowing it was one of the world’s most sacred places for yoga. There, I trained with inspiring teachers in Hatha and Iyengar yoga, including Ashish Sharma. I joined a retreat at the Yoga-Gang Centre in Old Rajpur, and for the first time, truly understood yoga as more than physical movement — it was a philosophical, mindful approach to life. 🩺 The Second Discovery — Yoga as Healing Years later, after giving birth, I suffered from intense postnatal back pain. I couldn’t even do basic poses. After seeing a chiropractor, I slowly returned to my mat. With consistent Iyengar practice, within a few months, my pain was gone. This experience showed me the therapeutic power of yoga — how it can heal and restore the body from within.

Rediscover Your Body: Movement & Skill Training Outdoors
In this class, I invite you to explore different flavours of movement practice based on what excites you the most. Whether you're drawn to strength, mobility, or play, each session is tailored to your interests. We’ll start with a quick conversation about what you’d like to focus on, and from there, we’ll dive into a practice that’s engaging, fun, and suited to your pace. Explore What Moves You: • Ground Locomotion: learn movements like lizard walks, elastic push-ups, and cossack squats that develop full-body strength. • Mobility: gain movement freedom by working on spine and hip literacy, or targetting weak links like wrists and ankles. • Balancing: sharpen your senses and improve body awareness by learning to balance on your feet, hands, head, shoulders—and on rails, working with fear to push your limits and build resilience. • Climbing: explore trees, bars, and urban structures to develop an intelligent body capable of solving complex problems. • Jumping & Catching: improve coordination, precision, and reaction speed through fun, dynamic tasks. • Soft acrobatics: challenge and surprise yourself with movements like cartwheels, rolls, and kick-ups. Why It Works: This isn’t just about fitness—it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels empowering and fun. If you’ve ever felt out of place in a gym or found traditional workouts uninspiring, this class is for you. It’s about discovering how movement can be a joyful, meaningful experience—building strength, balance, and confidence at your own pace. Ready to explore your body’s potential in a whole new way? I would love to guide you!

Constanza
Hatha Yoga for Body-Mind Balance and Self-Connection
About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul. About the course This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water. ✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

Hot Yoga (Bikram) Classes - Yin Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga - Nidra Meditation
Of Belgian-Canadian origin, I have over 6 years of experience in yoga. Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. I enjoy guiding my students through a personalized practice that meets their needs. I integrate meditation, breathing, and movement into my classes. Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. It is ideal for improving flexibility and strengthening muscles. Nidra Meditation, also called "lucid sleep yoga," is a guided meditation, an inner journey that affects the entire body. I teach in-person and in-home private lessons in Marrakech. I also teach online. See you soon on the mat!
