I am Ekaterina, an audiovisual artist based in Amsterdam. I am currently studying at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie.

Adobe programs such as photoshop are world famous and are used by everyone: from students to designers, from online store owners to photographers. With these programs you can learn all kinds of valuable skills.

In our lessons we will first identify your interests and what exactly you want to gain from our classes. After that we will start with the basics and build up to more complicated topics; finishing the class with creative assignments to practice the skills you learnt.

We can have very intense classes in case you need to learn the program(s) fast, or more relaxed and extended version of the classes.

Besides, we can study digital animation and sound editing.

If you are currently applying for an art school and need help with the guidance, we will focus on making a strong portfolio for your successful application.

About Me

My name is Ekaterina and I am a student of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie.

I moved to the Netherlands in 2019 to start my studies in arts and design. Currently I am undergoing a program in audiovisual arts(VAV – moving image) with a focus on animation.
Before coming here I worked as a freelance graphic designer. I learnt adobe programs from scratch and created a unique, easy to understand guide. When we have lessons together, I will make sure that you will be able to make works in the programs already after our first class.
I approach every student in a unique way - the program will be shaped according to what you want to learn. Together, we will go through every step and you will have a lot of fun learning all the tools and possibilities that art and design can give you!

I can also teach via webcam, but I do recommend my in-person classes, seeing as they're more immersive and educational.

Whether online or in person, the training will begin with an overview of the history of photography, followed by theoretical lessons on composition.
