Programming is an incredibly useful skill to have, and it can often help you automate small tasks in daily life. In my lessons, I also try to code as much as possible with the ultimate goal of creating something concrete, creative, visual, or funny. -- Techniques -- You learn by doing; in my lessons, I like to guide you through the basics by creating something in small steps. I am convinced that step-by-step, hands-on learning is the best way. I structure my lessons depending on which language or concept you want to learn, but think, for example, of making a game, a visualization, a website, animation, etc. -- Contents -- In addition to a specific programming language, with me you will also learn the philosophy behind programming, recurring concepts, methods to avoid getting stuck, and much more. Learning this is essential because it allows you to continue independently and learn other languages as well. -- Level -- I can help you learn from the absolute basics to slightly more advanced concepts such as data structures or designing algorithms yourself. I will train you to become someone who not only understands how to program, but also someone who knows how to keep learning. Feel free to send me a message if this sounds like something for you!

Lessons can vary: speaking practice, grammar usage, writing or whatever is needed. Note that the topics must be discussed prior for preparation (both teacher or student(s)). (Note that I do not speak Dutch and that lessons with more than one student ought to be advised prior and may differ in price.)

Hello! My name is José Pedro, and I am a classical trombonist currently in my third year of a Bachelor’s degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. My musical journey began in Portugal at the age of three, eventually leading me to graduate from the Conservatório de Música da JOBRA with multiple Merit Awards for my dedication and skill. My professional path has been defined by a commitment to orchestral excellence, having performed as 2nd Trombone with both the Rotterdam Philharmonic and Phil Zuid, and as 1st Trombone with the Orquestra Filarmonia das Beiras. Beyond the orchestral stage, I have earned 2nd place at the International Wind Instruments Competition "Terras de La Salette" and have participated in numerous masterclasses with world-renowned instructors to refine my technique. Whether performing in a symphony hall or a jazz ensemble, I strive to bring the full expressive power and nobility of the trombone to every audience.

Music lessons for all ages: FLUTE, RECORDER, and PIANO. Want to enchant others with music? Register now for music lessons with Dasha. Dasha has been teaching children, teens, and adults at 't Mosterdzaadje for over 15 years. Established and new flute and piano methods form the foundation of her lessons. Music makes you smart, happy, and relaxed! Nothing is more beautiful than a happy student making music!

By learning to play piano, one learns not only what it means to approach something in a healthy, intelligent, curious, open, and highly skilled way (just like Olympic athletes), but also what it means to have patience, to learn what beauty is and can be, and how one can discover and be reminded of what is already in oneself. The lessons will be adapted completely to the individuals needs: where their preferences for genre lie, what their level is, the amount of time they have and are willing to put into learning to play piano and speak the language of the great composers. My own personal goal is to create a completely personalized approach to help the student find the way which works for them. There is no standardization. Additionally, piano playing and learning to play piano can't be separated from learning about eh theory and history behind it. That is an element which will be seamlessly incorporated into each lesson and which I personally find will help the individual grow not only as a pianist but as an individual in whatever they want to do.
