In my course, I'm offering to share my knowledge and passion with you, whether your preference lies with classical or otherwise. I work best with more advanced students to be able to go more in-depth but would be happy to welcome any level of playing in my class. In a way, I'd like to think that everything is in connection with everything else. A musician is not only a musician but also a painter, poet, dancer (though in my case that last one can't be taken literally), and even a scientist. Why do I say this? Because I can teach you how to observe and learn from these connections which will improve your musicality, problem-solving skills, technical skills, memorization, and many other aspects of your music playing - and life in general. Welcome to my class!

I finished a music school and my speciality was the piano. I did an expanded course that lasted 13 years, 3-4 times per week and, of course, all included : sight reading, notation, music theory etc. Since 7 years old, I went to several national piano competitions all around the world every year until I was accepted at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute. There, I’m studying vocals and music industry in general. I won a lot of first, second, grand prices as marks of my achievements. I’m from Lithuania, I was working there as a private piano and singing teacher for a couple of years. During a gap year I took, I was teaching as well. My mum is a piano teacher, I was in this sphere for all my life. As I was teaching, I had international students from Germany and Italy. It makes me experienced in English language teaching. If you have any questions, I’m ready to answer and to teach you how to play from any level to any level you want. Klodele

Depending on the support, the course will be structured in different ways. If we follow a tutorial on YouTube, the advice will be more oriented towards the positioning of the hands and fingers, the nuances to be achieved and the anticipation of the notes. If you choose a more traditional paper format instead, we can find the sheet music for the pieces you want to learn. In both cases, the basics of music theory will be reworked. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and I also studied music theory for 5 years.

I offer piano lessons that focus on the joy of music, learning the right technique and a psychologically constructive experience. I prefer to create an individual program for the student according to his wishes and goals. Overall, I aim to create a positive and calm environment for my students while teaching this complex and beautiful instrument. I also offer lessons in music theory: preparation for music schools, general knowledge and understanding of music theory, or a deeper understanding of it - if the student wishes to go further. Music theory can consist of harmony, counterpoint, analysis of desired works, chords, intervals, ear training... For those interested, I also offer the electronic tool Logic Pro, as I have been composing electronic music using this program for the last 5 years of my training. We can combine this aspect with music composition or focus on technical elements. My goal is to create a considerate and respectful space where making music becomes a happy experience. I like to teach in German, English and Turkish. I hope to hear from you and meet you soon! ----------- I offer piano lessons; with the focus of enjoying the music, learning proper techniques, and having a psychologically uplifting experience. Piano, harmony, music theory, aural training, arrangements and composition dedicated teacher. Vast experience with different ages and levels, preparation for international exams, auditions and competitions. "I am a superior piano professor and I have started teaching in Buenos Aires, Argentina, my home country, 8 years ago. Recently I was living in London, UK, where I worked as a full-time piano teacher in WKMT Piano Institute where I have trained and developed my pedagogic skills working with students from all around the world. This experience allowed me to mentor from professionals to early ages with very diverse backgrounds. These are the kind of experiences worth working for, and that confirm my engagement to my pedagogic aims. Building structures that fight to give a voice to the speechless is one of the values I learnt to care the most as a working woman, and that is the reason why I feel engaged with teaching music. Music is a tool to learn a whole different language and improve intelligence and creativity, no matter which is your background. Music is a way of finding how to express yourself in a specific language, and it is at the same time a fun and fascinating process. As a music teacher, I face a challenge every time I train a student, because learning music and learning piano implies a very personal developement. I continued this project in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where I became a Master of Music in World Music (Tango-Jazz Composition) at CODARTS University. I intend to keep sharing my knowledge and experience with new students."

The structure and the material of the lesson are formulated based on every pupil and his/her preferences while at the same time it can also be configured according to established music and piano methods. I also love to encourage my pupils to share their passion about specific music styles or pieces with me, in order to include them in the teaching process, by arranging them based on their skills. Important section of the course is the improvisation which aims to the independence of the pupil from the music score, the mastering of technical difficulties but also to the development of pupil’s creative thinking. Teaching preschool kids (4-6) is always a challenge but through my experience I have formulated a method in which the young pupils approach music with an enjoyful way. Through my guidance they become familiar with rhythm, ear training, singing, playing by heart short melodies with both hands, improvising, and at later stages they get introduced to music notation through games, drawing and other formats. All piano lessons are taught on a classical piano at my home studio and may take place also at your location.

Hello, My name is Louana, I am 32 years old and I am currently a piano teacher for students ranging from 3 to 65 years old. Indeed, I started very young music with first 2 years of rhythm then 5 years of Solfege Jacques-Dalcroze and finally 12 years of piano including 10 at the Conservatory of Music in Geneva. (each year of study being validated by exams & diplomas) Today I continue to play for fun and give some of my time to teach a few students once a week. Class sessions are generally 45 minutes to 1 hour as proposed by the Conservatory. I teach with my old scores which allows a gradual evolution step by step. Obviously, I remain attentive to everyone's wishes, but I particularly teach classical music because in my opinion, these are the best bases allowing you to play what you want. I am obviously at your disposal for any further information or to arrange an interview at your convenience. Best regards, Louana

A Piano class with different specialisations: Classical, Pop, Jazz, HipHop, etc.. This class is suited for people who have zero or little knowledge and experience in piano playing. We can decide in which direction to go style-wise, but we will start from the basics, reading music, working on your touch and technique, learning basics theory. I'll keep the program light but challenging. As the level rises we can also explore some ear training and harmony.
