Best piano lessons in Budapest from a professional concert pianistTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Have you been dreaming to play the piano? Or, you had when you were a kid but then..life happened? I am here to teach you and show you it is never too late! Music is for everyone, from 4-year olds to 80-year olds, no age limit! We create our lessons together and we make them interesting and fun, not strict and boring. My name is Malik Halce, I am a pianist based in Hungary, currently studying for a masters degree at Ferenc Liszt Academy. I have won several international competitions and participated in the masterclasses of many renowned pianists. I give piano lessons to students of all ages and levels. Are you an enthusiastic beginner or do you want to pick up again after some time? it's a great time to improve your musical abilities! The piano lessons take place online via Zoom or Skype. Due to the corona crisis, taking piano lessons online has become popular, although it can still be done at home! For beginners, the main goal is to learn how to play and read any piece of music, strengthen your hands and increasing the intelligence of your fingers. Music theory is included in lessons. If you are not a beginner, we choose the best way to improve the sense of music, technical skills and artistic perspective according to your level individually.

Advanced private studies in jazz composition, improvisation, arranging, and related musical practicesTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Advanced private studies in jazz composition, improvisation, arranging, and related musical practicesTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I offer advanced private studies in jazz composition, improvisation, arranging, and related musical practices for dedicated musicians, composers, and advanced students. My teaching draws equally from long-term professional experience as a performer, composer, and producer, as well as formal studies with Kálmán Oláh and Béla Faragó at the Liszt Academy in Budapest, and with Darcy James Argue and Chris Zuar at the Manhattan School of Music in New York. Alongside over two decades of touring, recording, and ensemble work, I have also maintained a long-standing teaching practice focused on helping musicians develop a deeper understanding of musical language, form, rhythm, orchestration, and artistic individuality. While rooted in jazz, my approach is open to contemporary hybrid practices, including groove-based music production and acoustic-electronic environments when relevant to the student’s interests. Lessons are primarily aimed at advanced students, semi-professional and professional musicians, composers, and international students based in Budapest who are looking for a more individual and experience-based approach to contemporary jazz and composition studies. Jazz composition and form, orchestration, voicings, unifying elements Contemporary jazz arranging and orchestration Improvisation and rhythmic language Harmonic concepts and ear training Ensemble writing and score preparation Personal artistic development Hybrid acoustic-electronic workflows

She is very patient and has an incredibly approachable character. Always makes sure that I understand the materials & has a reviews at the beginning of a new class. I also appreciate very much that she is punctual and focused during the lesson. We had 3 classes so far (would love to continue if her time allows), and thanks to her, I have developed even more interest to advance in classical music! ^_^

My daughter felt comfortable with her the first lesson, and she explains everything in a way that is easy for children to understand. Her positive attitude and encouragement have already increased her confidence and enthusiasm for practicing. We are very happy to have found such a dedicated and inspiring teacher.Highly recommended!

Ana is extremely kind and patient. Her passion for piano is infectious and she has a very good understanding of what the student needs and also wants so her lessons are always extremely enjoyable :) Ana is very encouraging and I would recommend her to anyone!
