Through the years she has frequently performed as a soloist in concert halls, in a duet with classic guitar and with various orchestras. Among her performances, in 2004 she has sang as a soloist in front of Pope John Paul II at the Vatican in Rome during a Wednesday Mass. Sarit also worked as a professional piano accompanists to various choirs and soloists, and currently is the musical director of two adult choirs, one based in London, and the second in Wiltshire, UK. Teaching in the UK: Sarit has been teaching music in primary and secondary schools as a music class teacher, as well as teaching privately. Through the years she has taught more than 200 students, adults and children piano, singing, sight-reading, and music theory with much success.
