Physics (One-on-one or group tuition) (IB SL, GCSE, iGCSE)Translate this text using Google Translate.

-I am currently doing a PhD at Imperial College London -MSc Biochemistry University of Oxford:I graduated in 2018 with a specialization in virology -HL Maths 7/7; HL Physics 7/7; HL Chemistry 7/7; SL Geography 7/7; SL French 7/7; SL Enligsh: 6/7. I graduated in 2014 from United World College of South East Asia East Campus in Singapore I taught at Oxford Royale Academy teaching Chemistry, Physics, and Academic Writing to students aged 16-18 in groups of 8 to 25 students. In my final years of high school and while studying at Oxford, I tutored students in groups of up to 5. I I specialize in preparing students for IB, A-levels, or IGCSEs exams, but I also have experience tutoring students as young as 8 years old. My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. I push my students to think independently and to apply abstract concepts to real-world scenarios. I start with topics that the student is fairly comfortable with, progressing slowly to new and more complex areas as their understanding grows. I tend to use past exam paper questions on a particular topic to check understanding as we're going through the topic. Once a student has grasped a topic, I shift my focus to exam technique: what to look for in exam questions, common pitfalls, and how to start tackling the more challenging questions. I believe that a clear and systematic approach is essential when tacking exams in the sciences.

Private lessons in Mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, ArabicTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am a Master student in civil engineering with a degree in applied mathematics, I offer my services throughout Belgium and for all students who have difficulties or who want to break records in school. I have an experience of more than 3 years and a fairly variable methodology depending on the student. In my methodology I always want first to help the student to catch up with his classmates and teachers and then push him to go much further in his thoughts while having fun and without the slightest pressure. The course can be given in French, Dutch, English or Arabic, whether face-to-face or remotely. I give : ● Math (all) ● sciences (physics, chemistry, construction, dynamics, materials, hydraulics, geology, ..) ● IT (python, C, Java, matlab, office software, visualization software,..) ● Numerical analysis, Linear automatic ● Economics (basic notions, macro-micro economics) ● Arabic (Tome of Medina, literacy, writing, reading, "Fusha") And for primary secondary students: ● A mass of level exercises (0->university) ● variable learning methods ( -> memorization. -> visualization -> exercises -> interros and mock exams permanently and with a timing -> 1 big problem to solve per session)

Maths, Additional Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry tuition classes for IGCSE/A Level/ESATTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Maths, Additional Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry tuition classes for IGCSE/A Level/ESATTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Im Yong Zhi, a 2nd-year Electrical and Electronic Engineering student at Imperial College London, with a strong academic background in mathematics and physical sciences. I achieved 4 A* grades at A-Level, including a Top In The World award for Mathematics, and I was awarded the Dean’s List in my first year at Imperial (top 5% of the cohort). I have over a year of online tutoring experience, specialising in GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics, as well as admissions-focused preparation for highly competitive exams such as ESAT and Oxbridge/Imperial entrance pathways. I was also a teaching assistant for first year students for my course. I was a lab assistant, teaching students safe and pragmatic lab practices so that they could learn how to use equipment and build circuits effectively. My approach focuses on building deep conceptual understanding alongside strong exam technique. I prioritise helping students become confident problem-solvers rather than relying on memorisation, and I tailor each session to the student’s specific weaknesses and exam goals. For exam preparation, I emphasise: Breaking down difficult topics into clear, structured steps Developing efficient problem-solving strategies under time pressure Targeted practice using past-paper style questions Improving accuracy, speed, and exam confidence Whether the goal is securing top GCSE/A-Level grades or preparing for competitive university admissions, I aim to provide structured, high-impact support that is focused on measurable improvement.

Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Maths at GCSE and A-LevelTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Maths at GCSE and A-LevelTranslate this text using Google Translate.

My lessons are tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student. I believe that strong understanding comes from solid foundations, so if a student is struggling with a topic, we will break it down to a more basic level, identify any misconceptions, and rebuild confidence step by step until the full topic is secure. For students who are more confident or looking to push themselves, I’m equally happy to move at a faster pace, cover content in greater depth, and work through more challenging and higher-level problems. Lessons are typically at least one hour long, as this allows enough time to properly explore concepts and practise exam-style questions, but I’m flexible with lesson length depending on what works best for the student. I have over a year of tutoring experience, including private GCSE Maths tuition, as well as experience at my secondary school through Elite Maths (supporting students who wanted to explore higher-level mathematics) and Maths Clinic (helping students who were struggling to improve their understanding and grades). This has given me experience working with a wide range of abilities and learning styles. I offer lessons in GCSE and A-level Maths and Further Maths, as well as GCSE and A-level Physics and Chemistry. My lessons are suitable for students who are aiming to improve their grades, build confidence, or challenge themselves beyond the syllabus.

Private lessons in mathematics and science, Student in a Master's degree in Civil EngineeringTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Private lessons in mathematics and science, Student in a Master's degree in Civil EngineeringTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Do you have trouble with math, you don't understand anything in physics class? Or quite simply, you usually understand well but today you are lost? Don't panic, everything can be learned and everything can be explained. By theoretical explanations, supported if you wish, by summaries of the material that we will build together, by question-and-answer sessions, training exercises by exercises, I will help you to understand, assimilate and master your subject as well as possible. I would share with you my knowledge as well as my advice as a student and former high school student. About me: I am a student at the polytechnic school of Louvain-la-neuve. As a student I know how difficult it is sometimes to learn and assimilate subjects. My first student was a family friend whom I helped in high school in subjects such as math and science. She had a lot of difficulties and failures and it turns out that following my lessons which lasted two months and the entire duration of her exam session during which I followed and supported her, she came out with a report card without failures and a very large positive difference in marks compared to her last. Since then, I have had the opportunity to help several students in their journey from the first secondary to the first year of university.

IB/American Curriculum Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology Lectures for College, Secondary & Middle School StudentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

IB/American Curriculum Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology Lectures for College, Secondary & Middle School StudentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I have been teaching private courses in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English for 9 years. It is my passion to prepare my students for the future with school and exam studies. When I had a chance to be a student in the Anatolian Teacher High School in Istanbul in 2008 and Boğaziçi University in 2012, my biggest goal was to be a reliable role model for my students in the future. I am very happy that I have now made this dream come true since the year I entered university. Until this time, I have taught private lessons at secondary, high school and university level to numerous students from Turkey and abroad. I still continue to give private lessons on the online platform and teach Physics at an International School in Istanbul where California Education Standards (Cognia) are adopted. It is my passion to prepare my students for the future with school and exam studies. I am currently teaching for SAT Exam Preparation. SAT Subject Tests includes Physics, Math, Chemistry and Biology. I can teach both IB and American Curriculum as well. I teach my lessons on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Classroom, depending on the student' request. Inquiry Based Learning which I have adopted as a teaching method; it enables me to teach lessons based on inquiry and always keeping the student & teacher dialogue dynamic. I strive to progress depending on the age and level of the student. For this, I aim to explain myself, the way I study and understand my student's expectations and level. After the level has been determined, it is of great importance for me that the student knows the lesson plan and draft as well and adheres to the jointly agreed schedule. I share pdfs and documents that I have prepared before the class and use the books by Pearson, Serway, Nowicki, Sarquis and so on for University & Secondary School Level. For Middle School, I use HMH Science Modules etc. I do emphasize the importance on giving homework/assignment and return as giving ''feedforwards'' for my students. As someone in love with her job, it is my greatest motivation to direct the students to professions they can do with love.
