Philosophy courses: methodology, general knowledge, argumentation. I have 10 years of experience. Non-academic teaching.Translate this text using Google Translate.

It is true that the philosopher is the friend of wisdom, but above all, he is someone who does not want to make mistakes in reasoning. Philosophizing is a way of reasoning and a way of solving problems that will never have a perfect and definitive solution. Knowing the distance between the Earth and the Moon is not a problem of philosophy, because it is enough to measure to solve it. On the other hand, knowing, for example, what justice is, is a problem of philosophy. A meter will not be able to help us know the answer. We must go about it differently, and in the courses I offer, I will teach you how. You will learn - text reading strategies - case studies with the aim of learning from experts - methodology in philosophy - writing an essay - writing a text commentary - a work on the philosophers of your choice - an overview of the history of philosophy - the general culture necessary to be able to philosophize I will adapt to your individual needs. Each course is tailor-made. We will analyze where your difficulties lie and together develop a course program that will make you perform as quickly as possible. The basic principle of the courses I offer is dialectics, like Plato's dialogues: reflecting together, making theoretical contributions, asking questions and seeking answers, and testing the validity of reasoning. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching German using the philosophy methodology, having studied philosophy at the Master's level at Aix-Marseille University. It turns out that the analytical mind is very useful even outside the confines of philosophy. Today, there are even fields of activity such as management with philosophy or philotherapy. In recent years, some German students have asked me to also teach them philosophy courses, and that is why I decided to offer philosophy courses directly. I look forward to meeting you during a first lesson.

Academic philosophy and ethics conducted in EnglishTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Welcome to a comprehensive, student-tailored approach to understanding philosophy and ethics. As a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a current Master's student in Applied Ethics, I help students navigate complex theoretical frameworks and apply critical thinking to real-world issues. With over five years of experience as a tutor in Poland, including time spent teaching directly in a school environment, I bring a strong pedagogical foundation to every session, ensuring abstract concepts are clear, structured, and practical. In our lessons, we will cover a wide range of topics customized to your specific goals. We can dive into core philosophy and epistemology by exploring fundamental texts and primary sources, or break down ethical theories such as utilitarianism, deontology, and virtue ethics to see how they apply to modern life. We can also explore contemporary socio-political debates, bioethics, technology, and AI ethics, which happens to be a personal passion of mine, without losing sight of the broader philosophical discipline. Beyond studying theoretical content, I place a strong emphasis on practical academic skills and critical thinking. Drawing from my background as a school teacher and private tutor, I focus on helping you evaluate complex viewpoints objectively, spot logical fallacies, structure philosophical papers, and refine your overall argumentation. Lessons are fully adaptable to your learning style and academic level, whether you are an absolute beginner looking for a clear introduction or an advanced student seeking in-depth feedback on your work.

Kevin is a genius, who is capable of breaking down complex concepts into manageable, useful bits. If you think of a really large basket of vegetables and fruits. You know all the nutrients are good for you, but it would be tedious to try to eat it all raw. But then, you get a juicer or blender or 'Nutribullet', and juice all those vegetables and fruits into a refreshing smoothie. You can then drink that smoothie as quickly or slowly as you wish, and still get all the necessary nutrients... That's what Kevin can do - he juices all the complex intricacies of the German language into something you can understand and digest. His methods are unconventional, but very helpful in laying a proper foundation for a successful language learning journey. Very highly recommended.
