I can teach you music theory concepts ranging from fundamentals like chords, intervals, scales, and arpeggios to the more advanced: circle of fifths, modes, tensions, and triads. Regarding the technical aspect of guitar playing, I can create a good practice routine for the improvement of different styles of playing such as alternate picking, fingerpicking, legato, taping, hybrid picking, economy picking, etc. Although these concepts may sound frightening at first, I can help you understand them more easily. The lessons are thought to be suitable for beginners who never picked up a guitar before, intermediate players who know some songs and fundamentals but don't know what to do next, and advanced players who want to deepen their skills. Amazing lessons full of fun, tailored to my individual needs and musical genre from very beginning. Strong focus to teach me how to play by ear, which will give me freedom to join the others in their jamming. Theoretical part is explained very pragmaticaly and in a smart enjoyable way. It’s easy to connect the dots to what we are playing and how I can improvise further based on that knowledge. Jon is very kind and easy going person, I’m so lucky to have him as my teacher. I recommend him to anyone, no matter if you are a complete beginner or an advanced player.
