(Remember i only give massage to kids and woman ) I have graduated as a Massage therapist and have a salon myself, which names Hanami Beauty and Massage in Leuven. The class is influenced by Hatha and Flow yoga. We begin with a foundational Hatha yoga practice, followed by meditation and gentle massage techniques inspired by Shiatsu to enhance relaxation and energy flow. Yoga is not just about physical movement—it is a practice that brings harmony between your body, mind, and soul. It offers a moment of stillness in a fast-paced world, allowing you to observe yourself, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate inner peace.
