I have also conducted many wellbeing sessions helping people to cope with stress,anxiety ,fatigue and insomnia issues as well as to alleviate the symptoms of chemotherapy treatments , using nutrition and supplements as well as breathing techniques ,yoga and tai chi kung practices. Furthermore, I have worked with young children and teenagers as I am also a Certified English teacher,integrating yoga and tai chi techniques to help children with special language disorders and ADHD. I'm a near native speaker in English and speak also French and Spanish on a conversational level.
