But what we see in theory is not worth the practice. I had a somewhat peculiar and not necessarily easy life path, but one that allowed me to become the strong woman that I am today. I have also traveled the world and that's when I had a different view of myself and of society. It was my different trips that taught me to live and to open my eyes to what really mattered to me. When I looked at personal development, I said to myself "That's it, I've finally found it"! I then specialized in coaching on my own. Using the theory I saw during my studies and drawing inspiration from my own experiences, I created my coaching plan. "How to succeed in achieving your goals in 10 steps" If you are interested in my action plan, I would be delighted to explain it to you in detail during the first session 1 / step 1 “Situation”. During the sessions, I can also suggest other ways to feel good such as meditation, visualization technique or tarology and some alternative medicine techniques.
