My methodology consists of providing comprehensive knowledge of the language from various aspects, both grammatical and lexical. I consider it important to also practice listening comprehension, so during my classes, I like to alternate between the theoretical part and the practical part through dynamic activities.

Hi, I am Nicola, I have obtained a Master of Arts degree in Italian Linguistic and Contemporary Literature at The University of Bologna, Italy, and a certification in teaching Italian as a second language (Cedils) at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. I have gained experience teaching to people seeking for asylum, and giving private lessons to primary, high school students, and to young people and adults in Australia. The main attempt is to focus the attention into the cultural aspects of the language, the individual ways of expression, the different times of approaching and acquisition, the intercultural dimension. Connected to these main goals, we will work through daily life conversations, dialogues, grammatical aspects, historic and artistic approaches, creative writings. The lessons could could also be held online too. For further information feel free to contact me.
