Do you want to learn Italian from scratch? Are you already familiar with the basics, but you want to bring your knowledge to the next level? Do you need help for an exam? For these or similar needs I have very structured methods that might be just perfect for you. The assignments or tasks are always based on the main goal which is becoming confident with speaking, writing and reading in real life situations. I'm originally trained as an educator for children and I love teaching trough games and creativity. This is of course also applicable for adults or students on a higher level. To have fun during the learning process is the most important thing for me.

A versatile teacher with more than 10 years of experience, I offer a fun and interactive teaching strategy in order to learn naturally and gently. Based on my experience, I give adapted and personalized lessons to each learner (child, adult, people with disabilities, etc.). We will study the different necessary skills essential for good practice of the foreign language: reading texts, grammar in real situations, oral comprehension, written expression, quizzes and small fun assessments, and above all we will focus on oral practice essential for good mastery of the language. The learner must be diligent and regular in his lessons in order to improve, after 1 month the learner will already be able to master a basic oral conversation, make himself understood and understand what is said to him. I adapt to each learner in order to establish a relationship of trust, the objective being not to do things quickly and poorly but rather to take the time, remove doubts, and listen.

Hello, I am Marta and in Italy I am a teacher in a public school. Teaching is the thing I like to do the most, both to children and adults, because I believe that every day I can also learn something from my students. In my classes I propose an individualized and differentiated pedagogy so that each person can find their own way of learning and choose the one that best suits their objectives. I usually give homework after each lesson and periodically provide progress reports. I can also help with exam preparation.

Buongiorno a tutti! My name is Lucia, I'm 21 and I'm from Sicily! I am a cellist by profession but for four years I have also been teaching my mother tongue (Italian) via webcam. I offer courses specific to the student's requests, their availability and desires! My 12-lesson basic training course, depending on your learning objective, will enable you to express yourself correctly in key situations of daily life and in emergency situations - perfect for those who are simply trying to s express during a trip to Italy! For a greater number of lessons, therefore a longer learning period, the nature of the course becomes more in-depth: lessons in grammar, syntax, vocabulary and creative writing. All this, of course, according to your requests and your objectives. The Skype format is in no way an obstacle, on the contrary, it will allow you to organize your course more peacefully, even between two commitments, without having to move from one place to another in the city. Two years ago, I changed my teaching methods and my students did not suffer from it at all!

I am a student of Italian nationality and I have a great attachment to this language. In addition, having completed all my schooling from primary to obtaining maturity in an Italian school system, I master the language and I am used to practicing it in an educational environment. I thus offer Italian support courses on zoom. The objective of the course is to help the student build a solid technical base in the subject and thus catch up. The course will follow the student's curriculum, but I will not hesitate to spend time on the basics if necessary. During my school career I had the opportunity to help students at primary and secondary level. I then helped university students. Looking forward to working together!

Italian is a language officially spoken in Italy only, unlike Spanish, or English, to name the most spoken languages in the western world. But it's becoming more and more a must-know language for many, whether the connection with it comes through food, fashion, Opera, design, the arts in general, or any other of the many interesting sides of Italian culture to make it outside "the boot"'s borders. I have been doing Italian conversation lessons for a few years, it has always been a great pleasure for me to share the beauty of Italian language with people showing a genuine interest in my culture. I tend to keep the conversation fully in Italian, but there would be no problem at all with communicating in English if necessary. I give grammar support when needed, and I have a real interest in etymology and words in general if there's an interest in going deeper in the language. Along with the use of precious grammar books and language manuals, the best way to get into a language is to speak it, even more so if with someone giving you support with its correct pronunciation, and its actual use in a realistic scenario. Like most Italians I have an obsession with good food, I love cooking and I'm always happy to share my recipes and cooking tips. Food is a great conversation subject, and it can give you new skills! All ages and levels welcome. For the youngest, I have a degree in primary school education and I've been a music teacher for over thirty years.

Hey there! My name is Marco, I am a 21 years old university student from Venice, Italy. I love languages and culture, and I think really the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in it. This is why in my classes I take great care to ensure that my classes are interactive, so that the students feel engaged and do not get bored. I can help you with all your English needs, reading, speaking and listening. If you want to study at a University in English, I can help you to be prepared by teaching you how to write proper academic papers and avoid the common mistakes non-native speakers make. I also teach Italian and Latin, which I studied extensively in Italy. My teaching style is informal and interactive, as I think the best lesson should feel like a conversation rather than a lecture. I can help you with all your homework needs, and I will add a bit of cultural dimension so you can really feel invested in what you are learning. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information, I am always available and I will respond fast.

Being an Italian born in Switzerland (a multicultural and multilingual country), having studied in England and in Italy, and now living in Portugal, different languages and cultures have always been an essential part of my daily life. Moreover, having studied multiple languages myself, I am particularly aware of the difficulties inherent in learning a foreign language. When teaching Italian, I shape my classes according to the students’ individual needs. I believe in enriching vocabulary and grammar lessons with little written tasks and oral conversations about Italian culture and current topics. This allows to put the theory into practice and contextualisation, and to render the classes more engaging and interesting. I also use translation as a powerful tool to delve into further aspects of the studied language.
