Native speaker in both Italian and English. I was born in Italy and moved to the uk at the age of 16, I have always been exposed to both the Italian world and the British one too because of my deep bond to the English culture thanks to my mother who was born and raised in the UK. In possession of both day to day and technical language skills, this class would be adequate for any entry level.

Do you want to learn or improve your level of knowledge of the Italian language? My course is waiting for you! I am an Italian Erasmus student in France (in Brest) to finish my studies in psychology. Italian is my mother tongue and currently I run an Italian conversation workshop at UBO University. Positive feedback from all my students motivated the creation of this ad. I mainly use material created by myself based on the needs and level of the student (from zero level to C1 level). I build a course to facilitate the acquisition of new knowledge. I use a personalized and relaxed methodology. Online or face-to-face, I offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in a rich context of exercises and games that facilitate the storage and learning of Italian. Conversation is the protagonist of my lessons.

Italian is a fantastic language to learn in case you want to visit Italy, or just for fun and as an interest! In this class, I will teach you Italian from the basics just as schoolchildren in Italy learn their own language. For example, in the first class we would focus on the foundation of any language: the alphabet. You will learn what the letters are and, most importantly, their correct pronunciation. However, if you already have some knowledge of the language, that’s completely fine too! On the first class, we will discuss at what level you are and what your goals would be, so that we can formulate a lesson plan together. I pride myself in keeping the learners the focus of every lesson. I would never teach something that you are not happy to learn, or that you weren’t expecting. I will strive to keep you informed at all times as well as ask for your input regularly! Here's what you can expect to be taught --> BEGINNERS • Alphabet - consonant, vowels and syllables (phonetics and writing) • Introducing yourself • Colours and numbers • House and family • Food and shopping • Hobbies and interests • Basic verbs • Simple sentence structure • Reading and pronunciation • Italian culture and celebrations INTERMEDIATE • Sentence syntax • Intermediate grammar • Italian culture and celebrations • Wishes and dreams • Formulating sentences • Discussing news • Text writing
