A space to let go, breathe and flow. In this gentle yoga practice, each movement is born from the breath and dissolves into silence. An invitation to listen to your body, to let your mind rest, and to find the calm that was always within.
My classes range from dynamic Vinyasa flows to more grounded Hatha practices and soulful Yin sessions, always tailored to the energy of the students and the space. In addition to asana practice, I love leading pranayama and meditation, integrating holistic wisdom into each experience.
