I offer Hatha Yoga, therapeutic yoga, pranayama and guided meditation classes, adapted to all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). My approach combines conscious movement, deep breathing, relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle bodywork to reduce stress, anxiety, muscle tension, and improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. I also incorporate sound therapy practices with Tibetan singing bowls to promote deep relaxation of the nervous system and a state of mental calm.
