From Your First Strum to the Professional Stage Welcome to the most comprehensive electric guitar curriculum available. Whether you are picking up a guitar for the very first time or you’re an experienced player looking to break through to a professional level, our program is designed to transform you from a "guitar player" into a complete, versatile musician. We don’t just teach you how to memorize tabs. We build your technique, deepen your musical understanding, and prepare you for the real world of live performance and studio recording. Your Path to Mastery: A 4-Stage Journey Level 1: The Foundation (Months 1–6) Build confidence and comfort. Master proper ergonomics, essential open and power chords, basic pentatonic scales, and rock-solid rhythm. You’ll learn to play your first songs in time and understand the basics of guitar tone. Level 2: Expansion & Expression (Months 7–18) Unlock the entire fretboard. Dive into the CAGED system, barre chords, and expressive techniques like bending and vibrato. You’ll learn to navigate diatonic harmony, play in a band context, and explore foundational Rock, Blues, and Funk styles. Level 3: Mastery & Specialization (Months 19–36) Achieve technical fluency. Conquer advanced techniques (sweep picking, hybrid picking, tapping), deep harmonic concepts (modes, extended chords, voice leading), and complex rhythms. You’ll develop a unique voice and fluency across multiple genres, from Progressive Metal to Neo-Soul and Jazz Fusion. Level 4: The Professional (Year 3+) Step into the industry. Master sight-reading, the Nashville Number System, and advanced improvisation. Learn studio etiquette, how to craft your sonic signature in a DAW, and the business fundamentals of touring, branding, and session work. 🎯 What You Will Master Our holistic curriculum ensures no stone is left unturned. Every level integrates these five core pillars: 🖐️ Elite Technique: From injury-preventing ergonomics and hand synchronization to high-speed alternate picking and dynamic control. 🧠 Fretboard Theory & Harmony: Move beyond rote memorization. Understand why music works through interval training, chord construction, modal interchange, and chord-scale theory. 🎧 Genre Fluency: Don’t be a one-trick pony. Build a diverse repertoire spanning Blues, Classic & Modern Rock, Metal, Funk, Jazz, Country, and Neo-Soul. 🎛️ Tone & Gear Mastery: Learn to sculpt your sound. From basic amp EQ to advanced signal chains, pedalboard management, and modern digital amp modelers (Neural DSP, Kemper, Axe-Fx). 🎤 Integrated Performance Coaching: Playing at home is different from playing on stage. We coach you on stage presence, overcoming performance anxiety, audience engagement, and professional studio etiquette.

We can start a journey together and find a fun, fulfilling way to learn guitar that’s tailored to your needs. What I Offer: Personalized lessons to suit individual goals Flexible scheduling A variety of genres to explore About Me: I'm from India and moved to Basel to pursue my Bachelor’s in Jazz. I've always had a passion for teaching, and now I’m studying for my Master’s in Pedagogy at Jazzcampus. I’ve performed on stage for many years, learned instruments from different cultures, and taught in an institution both online and in-person. As a freelancer over the past 7 years, I’ve had the chance to teach a wide range of students. Teaching methodology: My goal as a teacher is always to understand the individual needs of each student from multiple perspectives and to build a curriculum that works for them. I strive to recognize the student's relationship with music and gauge how deeply they wish to explore different topics. Additionally, it is important for me to consider the cultural aspect of teaching, as I have worked with both students and teachers from diverse backgrounds. Another key element of my teaching approach is gathering feedback from students, learning from them, and understanding how I can support their growth. Fortunately, I have been surrounded by other teachers with whom I regularly exchange ideas and methods to benefit both myself and my students. I am always interested in meeting new people and exchanging ideas, and always look forward to starting a new journey with each student. I offer lessons in English, German, and Hindi.
