I love running and enjoy motivating others to start running and doing exercise outside. I can get anyone from no running at all, to running 5k,10k, half marathons, marathons and ultra marathons. I have ran all of those distances several times over the last 5 years and I have motivated others to do the same. I can run with you so you have company, get motivated whilst running and struggling, and can also design training plans if needed for specific distances/races.
