My name is Alina, and I am from Romania. I discovered my passion for Italian back in high school, when I became so fascinated by the language and culture that I took part in the national Italian Language Olympiad and ranked among the top three students in Romania for two consecutive years. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Italian and English, followed by a Master’s degree and a PhD. During my studies, I also had the opportunity to live and study in Italy for two years, gaining not only a deeper understanding of the language, but also firsthand experience of Italian culture and everyday communication.
