Trusted teacher: ➤ Being a good manager is also being a good communicator. After all, a strategy can only be put into practice if you show yourself capable of interacting with your employees, of being a source of inspiration for them and of listening to their concerns. Unfortunately, not all managers naturally excel in this role and their difficulties in asserting themselves as true leaders is often attributable to their difficulties in communicating. ➤ The objective would then be to explore together the areas of improvement in terms of communication know-how. And managing effectively requires specific and advanced know-how. ➤ In fact, managerial communication corresponds to the interactions between the management of the company and the organization and more specifically, between the manager and his team. This executive is in charge of transmitting information and directives from higher hierarchical levels, supporting internal communication, distilling messages related to his own management to obtain the commitment of his team, all while transmitting a message effectively. ➤ This exercise can therefore be tricky: this is why it is important to choose the right mediator in order to be well supported, not only to be understood by those around him, but also to carry out his mission. ➤ What to communicate? When ? Whose ? These questions will find an answer in the consistency of the actions undertaken. Good managerial communication will thus aim to exchange / dialogue effectively with its employees, maintain a close link between the different layers of the company, bring human relations back to the heart of the company, establish a climate of trust and good team cohesion, motivate by inspiring. ➤ In short, each session combines techniques & practice exercises adapted to your everyday situations (filmed with your agreement in order to be reviewed, commented on, decoded together live), so that you can put them into practice immediately, and this from the 1st session. Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 or 3 sessions *. (* study 2020). ➤ THE TRAINER: Trained in Grande Ecole post-preparatory classes & Ivy League university in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has been working for more than 15 years, in Europe and North America, in the field of communication , in reputable international public and private establishments, intervening in forums and conferences, and oriented on two axes: training and coaching, with pedagogy and careful methodology as key words. ➤ PLACE, TIMETABLE, PRICES - Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Friborg-Zurich-Neuchâtel-Lugano-Montreux-Bâle-Neuchâtel-Berne-Lucerne-Bruxelles-Luxembourg-Paris-Lyon. But currently and until further notice, only by videoconference in accordance with national recommendations on Covid, this format also unanimously suitable for those accompanied. -Apart from the classic advantages of videoconferencing (time savings related to travel, eco-responsibility, increased scheduling flexibility, etc.), the quality of the session & the interaction remain the same. In addition, the notes taken during the sessions are immediately transcribed on the session chat and are automatically transmitted to you so that you can browse them during and after the session if you wish. - Hourly fees: To support each other and to be pleasant to you in this period of covid19 and in a spirit of solidarity, the fees have been temporarily reduced. But this fixed price will not increase after the start of the sessions. -Sessions in English / French -As other people do regularly, you can also please your loved ones by offering gift vouchers available all year round. -Program: adapted to each need

Trusted teacher: Preparing for the SAT, GRE, or GMAT math sections and want to stop losing points on problems you actually know how to solve? This course is built around one goal: getting you the highest possible score on test day, in the shortest time, with the least wasted effort. I'm a State Engineer (IAV Hassan II) with a CPGE background in Mathematics and Physics — the most rigorous math preparation track in the Moroccan system. The math on these standardized tests is well within that level, which means I don't just know how to solve these problems — I know multiple ways to solve them, and I'll teach you the fastest and most reliable one for exam conditions. What's covered — by exam: 1-SAT Math - Heart of Algebra (linear equations, systems, inequalities) - Problem Solving & Data Analysis (ratios, percentages, statistics) - Passport to Advanced Math (quadratics, functions, polynomials) - Additional Topics (geometry, trigonometry, complex numbers) - Calculator vs. no-calculator strategy 2-GRE Quantitative Reasoning - Arithmetic and number properties - Algebra and coordinate geometry - Data interpretation and statistics - Quantitative comparison strategy - Time management under pressure 3-GMAT Quantitative / Focus Edition - Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency - Data Insights section - Elimination strategies for tricky wording - Pacing and guessing strategy My teaching approach: Standardized math tests are not about being good at math — they're about recognizing patterns, avoiding traps, and managing time. I teach you both: the actual math and the test-taking strategy that separates a 650 from a 750 on the GRE, or a 680 from a 780 on the SAT. Every session is personalized. We start with a diagnostic — I identify exactly which question types are costing you the most points — then we build sessions around fixing those specifically. No wasted time on things you already know. Who this is for: Students targeting top universities in the US, UK, or Europe (SAT) Professionals applying to MBA or graduate programs (GMAT / GRE) Anyone who feels "stuck" at a score plateau and needs a structured push Students with strong school math who just need to learn the test format What I offer: Diagnostic session to assess your current level and target score gap Personalized session plan based on your exam date and weak areas Practice problems with detailed step-by-step breakdowns Timed mock drills to build exam-day confidence Available for intensive short-term prep (2–4 weeks) or longer structured programs

***english below*** This course is for anyone who wants to learn a little more about philosophy or sociology. Whether it is strengthening knowledge for a pre-university diploma or simply out of intellectual curiosity, this course is for you. Make links. Here is the key word of my working method. I sincerely believe that disciplines such as philosophy or sociology lend themselves to a cross-analysis with other knowledge (moreover, historically, philosophy is anchored in mathematics!) The course will be organized the way the student wishes, thus leaving freedom of learning. What will not be of his goodwill will then be the content of the course, which will be at my expense and will allow, if possible, to cover all the problems and issues that the student wishes to talk about. ****** This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about philosophy or sociology. Awni

rating green star
We are very happy with the French lessons Awni gives to our 14-year-old daughter. He is very flexible and adapts the lessons perfectly to her needs and level! He places special focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, listening skills, and conversation, while introducing interesting topics that make the lessons engaging and enjoyable. He is also willing to adjust the lessons to the homework and topics covered at school, which has been extremely helpful for her progress and confidence in French. Our daughter genuinely enjoys the lessons because Awni is motivating, clear, patient, and kind. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes learning fun and effective at the same time!! We highly recommend him as a French teacher!

Miss Sara is a very good teacher. She has a way to keep my 6 year old daughter engaged and encouraged while increasing her abilities in French. I have seen my daughter improve drastically. She challenges her and she started reading many words in the space of 3 months when she could not before in French. The exercises she gives touches a wide range of topics (syllables, vocabulary, sentance building etc) that has allowed my English speakig daughter to cope well in her French school environment. She started understanding what people say to her in French which is amazing.

Highly recommended teacher!!! Matias teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste your time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material. He’s helped me understand content for my master course on Python and is one of the best lecturers that I’ve had. Your passion and dedication is beyond words! Thank you for getting me through this hard quick semester, I honestly would have never passed if it was not for your help! Thank you so much once again!
