I offer ballet and contemporary dance classes for children, teenagers, and adults — from beginners to advanced dancers. My teaching combines the precision of classical ballet with the freedom, musicality, and fluidity of contemporary dance. Technique, body awareness, and artistic expression are equally important in my classes. I aim to create a safe and inspiring space where each student can develop confidence, discover their own movement quality, and grow both physically and creatively. In addition to technical training, I also incorporate improvisation, floorwork, stretching, and choreographic exploration. With international stage experience in Europe and Japan, I bring both professional structure and creative openness to my teaching. I believe that one of the most important tools for succeeding with a material is developing a high self confidence with it. Understanding concept on a deep level and exercising the weak spots can creat a high level of independence of thought which will in turn rise motivation in the learning proses.
