Trusted teacher: Master pseudo-code algorithms in this hands-on course with dozens of different algorithms In this course, you will learn the basics of computer programming through the fundamental subject taught in all higher schools of computer science: algorithms. This is the initial stage of your learning to become a computer scientist (programming) First we will see a broad introduction to computer programming, and we will explain what algorithms are. Then, you will learn the language of computer scientists by studying "pseudo-code", and you will learn all the concepts of computer science through a multitude of practical exercises. The topics covered are very broad and comprehensive: Introduction - Algorithm Syntax - data type and Variables - The operators - The instructions - Conditions - The repetitive structure (loops) - The tables - Research techniques - Sorting algorithms - dichotomous search - Functions - The procedures - Recursion -complexity - Introduction to the C language - ... Your first programs... Finally, you will start programming by creating several algorithms in a specific programming language (here, C language). These algorithms are applicable in all programming languages. The goal... With more than 8 hours of e-courses, quizzes, and an assessment, you will have what you need to continue your learning of computer programming and advance towards your future profession. Who is this course for? Beginner in programming Retraining Computer science students or future students Thanks and see you soon ! IMAD

Trusted teacher: NOTE: I have given classes to students from the Carlos III, Politécnica de Madrid, Basque Country, Vic, Granada, Oslo ... universities, achieving satisfactory and approved results in the final exams. Hello! how are we doing? stuck a bit with Matlab? or maybe a lot? No problem! Let's see what things you would like to learn / understand about this very useful and cool programming language (when you know how to master it, of course) and solve all your doubts so that you can see how to master it. And all this in a dynamic, fun and simple way, using a language for everyone, and you will see that in a few classes, you may not even need more classes, because I am sure that with my teaching method and a little of your effort, this will be a piece of cake and you can even go so far as to teach your classmates Matlab! And since you've read this far, I have to tell you that I was actually a "chump" in Matlab at first. In fact, I was terrible at it and pulled my hair out until someone made me understand what I thought was impossible ... and what was failing was the teacher and not me! Does this experience sound familiar to you? In fact, things have changed quite a bit since then. I have taught Matlab classes in Denmark, at Aalborg University, receiving excellent reviews from students (as you can see from my ratings). So what are you waiting for? we're going to rip and tame that evil guy named Matlab! NOTE: apart from the time we give class (which we always tend to extend a few more without any problem), I dedicate some extra time to take a look at all the theory of your subject / teacher in addition to the exercises done in which you need help prior to class to get to the point. In addition, I write you a personal summary after each class we have seen so that you do not have to be writing / copying what I say during the class and that you make the most of the time. Doing the math, in the end my total work is at least 1.10h and not just one hour. -> I DO NOT SUBSTITUTE YOU IN AN EXAM

Carmen is a very enthusiastic, easy-going, helpful and friendly Matlab instructor, which helps if students still haven't developed confidence with the programming language. She speaks great English and knows the subject matter well. I would definitely recommend her as a tutor :)))
