Unlike my other more structured classes, this one is aimed at people who simply wish to have a space in which to engage in visual art in a very free way. My knowledge, experience, and critiques are of course available, but the point of the course is to experiment with techniques and create without judgement, restriction, or direction.

00. INTRO (scroll down below for the course description (01.)) I am a young professional in the film industry, I have collaborated with multiple partners such as Vice, Sony, Unicef, WWF, but also many musicians, architects, non-profit companies and independent creators. I have experience as a director, editor, dop, editing assistant, focus puller, author, electro, and production assistant. I've studied 5 years of Cinema in Luca Arts Brussels, and one year of Supermedia studies in Prague Umprum. My strengths lie especially in combining the musical field with the cinematographic point of view, such as experimental video art, arthouse movies, videoclips but also dance and musici films - although I've trained to become a co-ordinator of team-work and an efficient editor too. I work for corporate companies, big music industries and very small independent projects as well, depending whether or not I like the music. (hihi) I will teach you video and movie editing, for your own or commercial use. The software I recommend is the full adobe kit, musically, I can work with ableton, audacity and a little bit with pro tools too. I've completed a multiple amount of residencies in the framework of my own artistic practices, and could describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist. My work has been featured on several international magazines with a width of 700k monthly readers and I have enjoyed international exposure with my filmic work. 01. COURSE DESCRIPTION I will teach you what software to use, how the interface works I will teach you the difference in codecs and technical specifications, such as ratio, frames, ... I will teach you the multiple options we can explore through out adobe premiere Further on we'll practically edit together with your own footage, and strife to get a result you like. We do this through sessions of editing I teach you how to create visual rhythm, musical rhythm, sound exploring I teach you the difference between a phenomenological approach of working and a prepared set up, I teach you how to maintain a healthy work-flow for yourself, and your computer. I teach you how to use the tools of cutting, and editing with your keyboard I teach you how to export in the right settings. I will also teach you how to communicate with clients I will teach you how to visually prepare I will teach you how to colourgrade I will teach you how to transfer I will teach you how to keep everything as minimal as possible

The class is meant for those who wish to engage with the world of cinema on a deeper level that goes beyond the simple act of watching. As a Film Studies graduate, I offer an introduction to both the history of cinematography as well as to its basic theories. The course can be useful for those preparing for the entrance exams for academic film studies as well as for all cinema enthusiasts. It includes watching short movie samples, discussion, homework, and if requested reading-related theoretical texts.

•This class is for aspiring home cooks. The focus is to learn how to cook five very simple and healthy recipes for yourself and your family. You'll learn a variety of cooking techniques to cut down on costs and time in a relaxed and fun cooking environment. If you are an absolute beginner, don't worry, my eight-year-old brother is able to make most of these recipes.

Actress graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and Professor responsible for TFE at the same Conservatory for 3 years now, I am passionate about my job. I have given workshops to children in theaters and am currently giving them to a particular audience as part of art therapy. When I'm not playing in the theater (Théâtre Royal des Galeries, Théâtre Royal du Parc, Templerie des Hiboux, Rideau de Bruxelles, Théâtre Jean-Vilar LLN...), I like to transmit my passion. I would be delighted to help you prepare for entrance exams to the Higher Schools of Dramatic Art (ESA), public speaking or simply work on texts for fun. I give drama lessons for individuals, in companies or in establishments. If you want to take competitive exams, I adapt to the request: we can work on free scenes and courses for ESA entrance exams, think together about an adapted program aimed at highlighting your personality and your particularities. I can also help if you have difficulty speaking in public. We can also work on texts for pleasure and love of the language. Being also a singer, musician, and dancer, I can help you and train you in a multidisciplinary way.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions?
