Architecture is a very broad topic. As an Architect you’ll need to be able to solve legal & technical problems as well as be able to transmit emotions through your design. I am offering support for architecture students from all levels (Part1, 2 and 3) I’ll be adapting the course depending the individual. Course type1: You’ll learn about basic architectural drawings and principles. (How to make a plan, section and elevation to then draw technical details. Understand scale and proportions, through perspective drawings, etc.) Course type2: You’ll learn how to develop concepts and ways of presenting your work. (A sense of materiality, colours and arrangement) Course type3: You’ll learn about the Building regulations in the UK, the process to get a building built, from planning application to contract administration (the different types of contracts and procurement methods).

I'm a Chartered BIM manager with 7+ years of experience in the management of large scale projects through BIM method. 7+ years of design and construction experience, highly passionate about new AEC technologies and project delivery methods. With strong experience abroad (Luxembourg,Switzerland,Germany) I am highly adapted to high paced, efficient work environment and high quality project delivery. I have experience working for both public and private clients and I got involved on a various project scales, both Buildings and Infrastructures. Civil Works & MEP are my principal areas of expertise. DPLG architect since 1994, I practice drawing daily: drawing from nature, interior sketches and representation of insertion into the site for the communication of my projects. I am aimed at adults wishing to practice drawing, people preparing to enter schools of architecture, design, landscape, and children for plastic arts sessions (groups of two per workshop possible). I develop the course program according to your level and your request. Learning to look and drawing from nature are the basis for developing our personal expression. In observational drawing, my method consists of first building your confidence and freeing your lines, with quick sketches on simple subjects. Then, we study the placement, the taking of proportions, the values, the shadows and lights, the textures, the perspective, the composition in the format, the theory of color. The subjects covered are: documentary study, still life, portrait, landscapes, street sketching. I rely on art history and examples following the subject. Classes for children are adapted to their age and focus on a theme encouraging their creativity, the program is developed for each case. Looking forward to reading you.
