Trusted teacher: A native Arabic speaker and lecturer at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences since 1994, he offers Arabic courses and private Arabic lessons nationwide for all levels: beginners, advanced, and conversation for professionals. He offers everyday Arabic, standard Arabic, media Arabic, and specialized Arabic, including business Arabic, as well as several dialects: Egyptian, Gulf States Arabic, Jordanian, Lebanese Arabic, Palestinian Arabic, and Syriac Arabic. Other dialects are available upon request. Participants in this course will have a command of at least 1,500 words of everyday language, both spoken and written (levels A2-B1) and will be able to conjugate simple, three-syllable verbs (so-called strong verbs) in the present, past, future, and imperative tenses, and read non-vocalized texts. Course content: This is media Arabic, meaning the language used on the internet, in newspapers, magazines, radio, film, in educational institutions such as schools and universities, and in official announcements. This applies from Mauritania/Morocco in the west across the eastern Mediterranean to Oman in the southeast. The lecturer has created his own scripts for the courses, which are not included in the course price. Arabic
Trusted teacher: Hello everyone, I'm Thaer, a specialized teacher in Arabic (Formal, Levantine, Gulf) & Turkish language. With over 10 years of experience teaching Arabic in Lebanon, Turkey and UAE, I've helped NGOs, journalists, and embassy staff swiftly grasp the language for effective local interaction and business. Additionally, I've supported young learners in understanding Arabic's structure, laying a strong foundation. Most common questions I receive: What dialects do you teach? I teach Formal Arabic (Fus’ha) in addition to Levantine and Gulf dialects. Which one should I choose? It depends on your needs. If you are solely interested in speaking, then I recommend Levantine or Gulf dialects. If you aim to master Arabic comprehensively, then Formal Arabic (Fus’ha) would be more suitable. What is the 30-hour program? The 30-hour program is designed to help you achieve conversational fluency and effectively express yourself and your needs. What comes after the 30 hours? If you are enrolled in the Dialects course, we will continue refining your speaking skills and expanding your vocabulary during lessons. Additionally, new words will be introduced during conversation sessions to aid in memorization and usage within sentences. For those on the Formal Arabic (Fus’ha) track, we will delve deeper into grammar and further develop your understanding of the language. How many hours a week do you recommend? I recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week. Can I learn Formal Arabic (Fus’ha) and one of the dialects simultaneously? Yes, you can take 2 lessons in Formal Arabic (Fus’ha) and 1 lesson in a dialect concurrently, as many of my students do.

Oumayma

rating green star
Passing through Fes, I had the opportunity for 1-1 tuition with Oumayma. Given my circumstances, we had to use office premises with temporarily limited Internet access. This caused her no apparent difficulty and we worked in French although both of us have Arabic and English skills. At the end of 8 hours, I had achieved my limited goals in colloquial Moroccan arabic and found Oumayma to be a talented tutor, able to adapt professionally to client requirements.

Nadim is very approachable and knowledgeable ,very reliable and always on time, the classes I had so far were very comforting and “custom made”. He makes sure to come back with all the explanations and is willing to provide extra material for the class. His experience in giving math and French classes is helping a lot . I would surely recommend him to anybody who is willing to learn Arabic from the scratch.

Islam is always organized and prepared for class. Her lessons are clearly structured so that students can easily follow it. Patience is a virtue. The most important quality that Islam is very patient with her students and to deal with the same questions and problems over and over again. she never give up on her students and would try out new ways to help us succeed.
