I am a professional Actor. My work includes theatre, TV, Film, commercials, and small scale touring. I trained at East 15 Acting School, which was heavily method focussed through the teachings of Uta Hagen, Stanislavsky, Bertolt Brecht, and Dorothy Heathcote. These sessions are for: - Aspiring Actors looking to get into drama school. - Young people finding their feet through drama and exploring their voice and different texts - People who are looking to improve their confidence, performance, stagecraft, and communication skills. - People who have had there acting/drama classes canceled due to Covid-19. You do not have to be an actor to do these sessions!! I have some students who like to explore different texts/characters/vocal techniques that they use to help them in their jobs OR use to remind themselves what it is to play again. Each lesson is tailor-made to every individual student. All ages and abilities welcome. I hold an enhanced DBS check and have several years of experience of one to one private tuition.

In my opinion, accents are one of the many aspects of acting that make a character in a film, play or musical more accurate and believable. Accents and different voice types provide information about a character such as where they are from? Information about their class? Their different personality traits, etc. My classes will be dedicated to teaching students how to perform different accents accurately and to be consistent with them. There will be activities regarding the use of different accents testing how difficult they can be to sustain. The lessons will be fun and interactive and hopefully allow students to develop their communication skills as well as their skills in speech and accent.

My methodology is mostly CVT (complete vocal technique), understand the voice, understand what to do with it without too many imaginations and sensations but with practical examples that find an immediate realization, understand how the diaphragm works and find the right support, learn the technique to get your muscles used to it and then not having to think and sing freely! As for interpretation, I base myself on the MTP (Musical Theater Performance) technique generally used on Broadway and London: to be very specific and to tell a story, a moment, a state, a character while singing! I am a singer who graduated from the SDM in Milan, I give technical lessons to be able to sing more simply without too many constraints, help to open the sound and be confident with it: be more aware of your voice, your instrument and what you can do with it! For those who want, we can also do a job on the lyrics for a good interpretation (MTP: Musical theater performance) since I am also an actor. I’m constantly on stage between Italy, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland with many musicals, from Hair to Dirty Dancing, from Sister Act to Peter Pan, events with exponents such as Andrea Bocelli and Edoardo Bennato. Upon request, the class will be focused on acting or on ballet (see below for details) Acting I have been studying and taking drama lessons for years and am happy to provide any assistance I can. I can help with learning and the performance of lines as well as basic theory. For my A-level Hedda Gabler and Equus are my set texts so I can tutor on those. Ballet I am happy to teach a ballet class over skype to pupils of various levels. The class would include a barre and stretching and could include basic pointe work.

My process as a Teacher and Acting Coach (Acting Coach-Drama Coach), I named it "ORGANIC ACTING", and it is based on "The Method" (also known as "The American Method"), in which I was trained and with the one I have been working on for more than 20 years of my life as an Actress, Director and Trainer of new talents.
