Experienced Mathematics Teacher – Online Lessons in Geometry, Descriptive Geometry and Statics in Serbian, Bosnian and CroatianTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am a qualified mathematician and an experienced teacher with many years of experience teaching mathematics, as well as extensive experience in individual lessons with school and university students. I offer individual online lessons in geometry, trigonometry and calculus for school and university students. Lessons can also cover algebra, analytic geometry, derivatives, integrals and differential equations, as well as descriptive geometry and statics for students of technical secondary schools and technical university programs. Thanks to my previous technical education in building construction, I also have a strong background in technical subjects and spatial geometry. I focus on clear, structured explanations, logical thinking and spatial visualization, adapting each lesson to the student's previous knowledge, curriculum and individual goals. We can work on current school or university topics, solve exercises and assignments, fill gaps in knowledge, or prepare specifically for tests, exams and entrance examinations. My goal is not simply to solve a problem for the student, but to explain the reasoning and methods so that they can understand them and apply them independently. Lessons are taught online in Serbian, Bosnian or Croatian, making them particularly suitable for students from families from the former Yugoslavia who live and study in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other countries.

GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics tuition in Birmingham, taught by a qualified engineer and university lecturerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics tuition in Birmingham, taught by a qualified engineer and university lecturerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I teach one-to-one Maths and Physics to GCSE, A-Level and university students, online and in person around Birmingham. I hold an MSc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Chester, where I now teach and assess postgraduate students as a visiting lecturer. Alongside that I've been tutoring privately for several years, across GCSE, A-Level and first-year university modules. I've published two international conference papers, so the maths I teach isn't something I learned once and repeat from a textbook. I use it. What I cover: GCSE Maths and Physics, all exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR and Eduqas A-Level Maths, Further Maths and Physics University Maths and engineering modules for science and engineering students Individual topics including algebra, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, mechanics and logic How I teach: Every student starts in a different place, so the first thing I do is find out what they actually understand rather than what the syllabus assumes they should. From there I break difficult ideas into small steps, work through plenty of examples, and set focused practice between sessions. I care more about a student knowing why a method works than memorising the steps, because understanding is what survives exam pressure when a question is worded unfamiliarly. Lessons are structured but relaxed. Students should feel comfortable asking the questions they think are silly, because those are usually the ones that matter most. I'm patient with mistakes and honest about what still needs work. If a student isn't ready for a topic, I'll say so and we'll go back a step rather than pretend otherwise. Term has just started, which is the best point in the year to build a routine before mocks in November and December. If your child is beginning Year 11 or Year 13, or retaking GCSE Maths this November, putting support in place now makes a real difference by the time the real papers arrive.

Geometry & Trigonometry: Unlock the Power of Shapes and Angles!Translate this text using Google Translate.

This course in Mathematics: Geometry and Trigonometry offers students a comprehensive understanding of two foundational branches of mathematics. Designed to develop both conceptual knowledge and problem-solving skills, the class begins with the study of geometric figures, exploring their properties, relationships, and applications. Students will engage with key topics such as points, lines, angles, triangles, polygons, circles, area, volume, and coordinate geometry. Through hands-on activities and visual reasoning, learners will deepen their spatial understanding and logical thinking. The trigonometry portion of the course introduces students to the relationships between angles and sides of triangles, focusing on the sine, cosine, and tangent ratios. Students will explore the unit circle, radian measure, trigonometric identities, and real-world applications including wave functions and navigation problems. Emphasis is placed on connecting geometry and trigonometry to practical contexts, encouraging students to see the relevance of these concepts in science, engineering, and everyday life. Throughout the course, learners will build proficiency through guided practice, collaborative work, and real-world problem sets. Whether preparing for advanced mathematics, standardized tests, or practical application, students will leave the course with a solid foundation in both geometry and trigonometry.

Ghous is a very kind and pleasant teacher. He explains everything clearly and is always responsive and supportive. He adapts to the student’s pace and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling and learning preferences. He has a strong command of Electrical Engineering topics and is able to explain even complex concepts in a simple and understandable way. Ghous is also very helpful with assignments, even when they are in a different language, which shows both his deep subject knowledge and his adaptability. I’m very satisfied with his lessons and would definitely recommend him to others.
