Hi there, I have practiced Wing Chun Kung Fu from 2011-2021 in Bonn, Germany. I have been a co-coach and have several years of experience in teaching groups and in private. I offer private lessons to make this ancient chinese art accessible. I focus on the practical side and strive to teach you the fundamentals and principles in the shortest time possible. Further training on your own is highly recommended, because Wing Chun movements aren't "natural" and your body will need some time to adapt. My Goal as a teacher will be to take you to the heart of Wing Chun: "Chi Sao" - "sticky hands" and to build up a full understanding of the system. Lessons will take place outside, near Carouge, Geneva. Unfortunately my French is not good enough, yet, to teach in French. But I am working on it.

Practicing for more than fifteen years in martial arts and combat sports (Judo, Jujitsu, Krav Maga, Hakko-ryu ...), I offer personalized courses according to your needs in Geneva, mainly Self defense, Krav Maga and Ju-Jitsu. My approach is not to train you in a particular discipline unless you wish. I think that today the objective is to be able to learn the basics of self-defense, in order to understand the different situations. I started with jujitsu and judo within the French judo federation, then I discovered an unknown discipline but complementary to the Hakko-ryu which allowed me to strengthen my knowledge. Then I was quickly introduced to Krav-Maga, which allowed me to have a more self-defense eye. the complementarity of the two (martial art and combat sport) makes it possible to cover a broad spectrum. I have also done many multi-discipline courses (Karate, Penchak-Silat, MMA, savate, boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu ...) Kickboxing: You take boxing, and then you add kicks! The pace could be little less high, in order to properly learn the techniques Viet Vo Dao/ Traditional Martial Arts : Now, we're entering a whole new world, where the technique is really important. The history, philosophy and the energy work, the culture...and so on! Self defence : Learn how to defend yourself as well as your loved ones.
