Do you have a saxophone at home and don't know where to start? Or perhaps you're looking to understand music once and for all for your own compositions? I'm a professional musician, and my goal is for you to enjoy playing from the very first week. In my classes, we leave behind dense theory to focus on what matters: making music. We'll adapt the repertoire to your tastes (Pop, Jazz, Blues, Urban, etc.) while organically developing technique, sound, and musical language. With me you will learn: - Saxophone: Control of air, embouchure and fingering without bad habits, bring out your best sound. - Musical Language: Reading and rhythm and transcribing your favorite melodies or solos. - Harmony: Understand how the songs you like the most work. Classes adapted to all ages and levels. Let's make music your best hobby or your next professional goal!

Are you interested in learning saxophone? Then I can help you. My name is Álvaro and I am a professional saxophonist. My experience as a pedagogue is supported by my extensive academic training. I have a higher degree and a master's degree in both classical and jazz music profiles. I have been teaching saxophone classes for more than 10 years, in which I have worked both as a private teacher and in municipal and private music schools in Spain and Germany. The objective of my classes is to ensure that through music you have fun, get to know yourself better and learn and internalize the necessary technical and musical requirements to be able to master the instrument. Motivation is essential when learning an instrument. That is why my classes are adapted to the demands of the students, according to the style of music they want to know, in what formations they want to play or what goals they want to achieve. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested or if you have questions. Greetings

Any level welcome in this class. Learning songs is the beginning of the adventure, learning to play music with freedom is the lifelong journey. Improvisation does not mean we forget about technique! So, learn some saxophone, some jazz skills, and music theory in a tried-and-tested way developed over my many years of teaching. I am as passionate about improvisation as the saxophone itself, the two go together beautifully. I am Julia, a professional saxophonist originally from Montreal, Canada. I live in the Netherlands for 4 years and have a Master's degree in Music. I compose, engineer and perform music. I also love to teach, I have experiences with ages 9 to 90. The main idea of my teaching philosophy is to get the sound in your head out into the air. "Guided Fearless Music-Making" is my motto!
