The course of our sessions is simple and focused on your results:
Step 1: Unblocking. We begin by identifying and deconstructing together the fears and barriers that prevent you from expressing yourself. No judgment, only listening and kindness.
Step 2: Playful immersion. We move on to practice. I suggest role-playing games, discussions on topics that interest you, or original activities that make you forget that you're "learning."
